This is a simple , quick and convenient diet plan. Diet plan to lose weight fast. Easy to follow and least time consuming. How to lose weight fast at home in Indian style.
In this video I will share with you a practical full day diet plan and daily routine which can easily make you lose 20 kg. This is Intermittent Fasting diet plan. This is extreme fat loss diet. This is not any fad diet but a well balanced low calorie Indian diet plan. Everything in this diet is very simple, very Indian, nothing fancy. Not only I'll show you the meals but also how to prepare them. I will also show you all what I did daily, apart from diet and exercises to achieve my wellness goals.

To everyone saying he is skinny, you need to learn about body composition. He is not skinny, he is lean. He still carries the muscle mass of an above average person while having a low body fat percent. I am willing to bet my right eye that 90 percent of the people saying "bro you need to eat" would look skinnier than him if they shed most of their fat while maintaining the muscle mass. Just because this doesn't match your false fitness standards doesn't mean its unhealthy.

Bro, I have a fair idea abt body composition and just visually , anyone can say that his body type is that of an ectomorph , and just for the ones who don't know what an ectomorph is , it's the body type which tends to stay skinny and can't really gain a lot of muscle , thus this concludes that he is skinny , just that he has a fair bit of muscle mass in his body.

once my weight was 118 kg in 2019 july,but with smart diet and 30 min exercise at home everyday my weight in 2021 is 84 kg,i have stopped all junk food ,eat only home cook food and more over at dinner only one cup MILK without sugar,,,,,no medicine ,no injection ,no tea ,no sweet,,,,i feel happy,fit and stronger,,,,,,,rest of my life i am going to follow this routine,,,,,,i dont want to become bodybuilder

After very long time I have seen such entertaining and informative video combined together in indian fitness KZbin section. Otherwise most of the people are doing the same things macro and micro and very calculative rigid stuff. Offcourse one should know the details of all the macros and micros but at the same time you should not let it bother you so much that you stop living your life happily. Great content brother, I'm really looking forward for more such videos. Kudos for your effort and all the luck for future videos.

I have been following intermittent fasting since 4 months now. Well 4½ to be precise. I started it from 28th august, nd I've lost 15 kgs of weight by the beginning of december. I started gaining weight after taking anti-depressants, nd gained almost 20 kgs in 2 years. Bt this lockdown period, I decided to end this torture on myself, got rid of anti-depressants, started meditating and breathing exercises, eating whatever I want bt in a 18-6 hours window, i.e, fasting for 18 hours, some days 16-15 hours, didnt force myself when I felt lack of glucose in my body, started intaking less carbs, reduced rice and roti to a small portion, and added more veggies or side dishes, curry. Oh yes, 5 ltrs of water boosted up my stamina to some other level. M 59kgs now, and used to be 75kgs 5 months back.

@@Rainbow-fn9xu Dear Early Morning 🌄 - one glass of normal water Breakfast - Oats + Milk+ 4 Almonds + whey protein 10am Black tea with lemon ( No sugar) 12pm Lunch Chicken breast or dish fillet cooked with vegetables & cucumber 🥒 5-6 round slices 2 pm Black coffee with lemon ( No sugar) 4 pm before workout apple/Banana 6 pm whey protein with milk + 6 Almonds. Dinner 7pm Salad 🥗 & some time watermelon, papaya or pears. Rest of all day I am drinking water consistently & try to walk 10-12k steps everyday. 4 months before I was 78.5 kg & today I am 63.6kg Approx. Hope above will help to you ☺️🤞🏋️

Mmmm zada kch nhi....pehle chicken me knife se cuts maar dena then dip it into a mixture of thodi curd, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper, mix it well with chicken....then keep it in fridge for life 3-4 hours ya fir overnight rakh skti ho if you want to have it in morning, all upto u 😁😁

bhai not sure till how long you will carry same routine without carbs like roti dal and all other sources of carbs..no doubt you achieved good lean body but as per me as soon as you put any other source of carbs your weight will suite to raise because your metabolism is just following protein only...curious to know what will be your next vision to maintain same body...
