Awesome video. Clean diet is more important than workouts. I made my body transformation, from 200lbs to 130lbs in eight months, with no restrictive diet. I took meal plan from OnlyMeal, and I Improved my sleep schedule. Now I am sleeping at least 7 hours a night, and I drink at least 12 glasses of water.

Your journey, your energy, and the way you inspire people through sports is truly amazing. You are such an incredible role model, and your passion for what you do motivates me every single day. I also have a big goal - to reach your level. I train for several hours every day, I hold a plank for up to three hours, and I’ve set myself the ambitious goal of breaking the world record. Yeah girl I found that. I blend it and make pancakes with it but anytime I would travel and use Quaker GF or even the Organic GF I would have instant bloating and feel super sloggish :(

Great video and diet but cutting out fruit while still eating rice cakes is kinda questionable. For example 100g of rice cakes are about 330 calories 100g sliced apples are about 52 calories and include fiber and micro nutrients that have been shown to benefit gut health and fat loss.
