Any source come from animals is non veg. Milk is also non veg & any byproduct from it is also non veg. So the conclusion is that human is not cattle whose body creates 9 essential amino acid. And these 9 eaa is available at a time only in animal source. Again the milk is not a vegetarian. Even the infants can't survive without mothers milk or external source of milk....

दूध उबालकर पीने से उसमें जो करोड़ो बैक्टेरिया मर जाते हैं उनकी हत्या का क्या..वे भी शरीर को श्मशान ही बनाते हैं। जो चावल दाल खाते हो उन्हें पैदा करने के लिए करोड़ो कीड़ो मकोड़ों की हत्या की जाती है उसका क्या? उन कीड़ो के हत्या के जिम्मेदार भी तो दाल चावल, सब्जी खाने वाले ही होंगे।

This is real knowledge.. i am also veg.. problem is not veg diet. Problem is that do u take protein through veg sources or not. We just eat dal chawal roti and expect it to fulfill all protein requirement. We should calculate protein requirement and take protein accordingly through veg sources like panir, legumes , grams , milk etc..

He is a 140 kg monster and a IFBB Pro. For normal bodybuilders(70-80kg) one can add lot of Veg things + 2-3 scoops Whey. Also I wonder he didn't mention Daal at all which is a major veg protein source. May be his trainer is a foreigner and they don't consider Daal!

He is the most underrated bodybuilder of India even when he is the BIGGEST one, IFBB Pro and that also being a pure vegetarian! Respect to him! btw I am also Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian and don't eat meat at all. I am around his age. One can easily make good body without even eggs and just 2-3 scoops Whey + other lot of veg combo things. I wonder he didn't mention any Daal at all which is a major source of Veg protein.
