Any source come from animals is non veg. Milk is also non veg & any byproduct from it is also non veg. So the conclusion is that human is not cattle whose body creates 9 essential amino acid. And these 9 eaa is available at a time only in animal source. Again the milk is not a vegetarian. Even the infants can't survive without mothers milk or external source of milk....

दूध उबालकर पीने से उसमें जो करोड़ो बैक्टेरिया मर जाते हैं उनकी हत्या का क्या..वे भी शरीर को श्मशान ही बनाते हैं। जो चावल दाल खाते हो उन्हें पैदा करने के लिए करोड़ो कीड़ो मकोड़ों की हत्या की जाती है उसका क्या? उन कीड़ो के हत्या के जिम्मेदार भी तो दाल चावल, सब्जी खाने वाले ही होंगे।

@@nutanyadav1170 ये कहाँ का ज्ञान है कि चावल दाल सब्जी उगाने के लिए मारे जाने वाले कीड़े मकोड़े को दर्द नहीं होता है, बैक्टिरिया भी जीव है और प्रत्येक जीव को दर्द होता है और ये कहाँ का न्याय है कि तुम अपने आधार पर तय करो कि बैक्टेरिया या कीड़े मकोड़े को मारना है या जिंदा रखना। ऐसे में तो कल कोई ये भी कह सकते हैं कि मुर्गी, मछली, बकरा, गाय को भी मरते वक्त दर्द नहीं होता।

It is impossible to built his body with only vegetables. Only non vegetarians can make bodies like him or even further without a single spoon of whey protein!! So sorry to say that...he knows it. This is why he is taking these much of WHEY protein 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is real knowledge.. i am also veg.. problem is not veg diet. Problem is that do u take protein through veg sources or not. We just eat dal chawal roti and expect it to fulfill all protein requirement. We should calculate protein requirement and take protein accordingly through veg sources like panir, legumes , grams , milk etc..

He is a 140 kg monster and a IFBB Pro. For normal bodybuilders(70-80kg) one can add lot of Veg things + 2-3 scoops Whey. Also I wonder he didn't mention Daal at all which is a major veg protein source. May be his trainer is a foreigner and they don't consider Daal!

Dione Lucas in her "Gourmet Cooking School Cookbook mentions Hitler's favourite dishes were all meat dishes. Dr. Kalechofsky has done tests and confirmed that Hitler was not vegetarian.

@Zultrax k I have already given proof that he was not vegetarian. Even in Oman and Australia there are vegetarians and vegans. Building muscle is not difficult without eating meat. The highest protein content is in soyabean, lentils and seeds. There are so many veg bodybuilders like Patrik Baboumian, Jim Morris, Nate Diaz, Barny du Plessis, Kendrick Farris, Karl Bruder, David Haye, James Wilks, Chris Campbell, Rich Roll, Kofi Kingston, Lawrence Okolie, Bryant Jennings, Torre Washington, Yogeshwar Dutt, Sangram Singh, Sushil Kumar, KV Iyer.

So i m doing push ups at home only . Should i buy different dumbbells or do only pushups

bhai uska goal 400 gm protein hoga phir?? tera toh nahi hai naa wo goal --- tera hai 100 kg+ mass, bhai uska goal alag hai, TU toh apni bahut achi body --- pulses and paneer and sab se body bana sakta hai ---- KYA bheem, ram murti ji ke aage koi bodybuilder hai --- wo sab vegeterian the --- bina whey protein ke

@@hardmanhimselfss hn Bhai mene kab Bola ki ye diet Galt h ......this is a perfect diet for virendra ghuman sir but its too hard for a middle class man to afford that type of diet ......I have just comment because I was shocked too see that much quantity of whey protein in his diet.......and remember genetics also play a important role in building a phyisc and kuldip Arya veer is traning from his childhood and did a lot of hard work to achieve that phyisc......and I haven't consumed whey protein in my life and I have been training since 2 years and built a good physic .........so don't tell me that who is natural and who isn't .........and I m not saying that whey protein is bad.

He is the most underrated bodybuilder of India even when he is the BIGGEST one, IFBB Pro and that also being a pure vegetarian! Respect to him! btw I am also Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian and don't eat meat at all. I am around his age. One can easily make good body without even eggs and just 2-3 scoops Whey + other lot of veg combo things. I wonder he didn't mention any Daal at all which is a major source of Veg protein.
