Alright here is everything I ate yesterday on my cut. Breakfast was this cherry vanilla ice cream oatmeal topped with a banana, highly recommend trying it out, it is absolutely incredible. Then I went to my grandma’s house, had some cantaloupe and a blueberry muffin, came home, made a quesadilla with cheese, sour cream, and 4 ounces of ground turkey, then cut up an apple and a pear. Then I had some greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and cut up one of these chocolate peanut butter protein bars to mix in and it tasted unreal. Then for dinner I had 6 ounces of salmon with some broccoli, brown rice, zucchini, and peppers and I finished the day with 2 slices of peanut butter toast with frozen fruit and a peach mango protein smoothie which was probably my favorite meal of the day. Max is basically a calorie burning machine. Hes a young guy with lots of muscle, who works out and just started cuting after bulking for months. Thats why hes calories are so high.

As a young guy in the same situation ( okay, not the same but similar ) I read comments that were surprised at how much he could eat. But look at him in the first frame... Man's burning through calories. Visiting grandma's, living a social life, school, cooking, video making... And working out. For me, his diet should be standard for teens and kids growing up. Kids so often just get pumped with sugar; I see it happening and it's terrible for their body and life; then we act all weird when kids get "grumpy" or tired or whatever. A lot of us (not excluding myself) are illitarate when it comes to good eating and things like finance. Also spiritually as we live in an infinity. We're all gonna make it though. I don't mean to be a Danny Downer.

Homie that was maybe like $30 on the upper end. My guess is it all cost closer to $20-$25. The most expensive thing there was the salmon, everything else is pretty cheep, esp bought in bulk. Well idk some protein bars are expensive

I cut on 3000 kcal. Started from 4000 gradually decreasing. From 94kg to 90kg lost like 6-7% of BF. It really varies from person to person.

It’s never to late to start . If you can’t afford a scale and macro apps behind a paywall , just be mindful of what you consume . I crave ice cream every night , so I went ahead and made a Anabolic version . It takes time & effort.. but anything worth it’s salt in life does . You can do it if you put your mind to it . I see a lot of people worried about the calories when they have nothing to do with bulk or cut, at least the way I look at it, you just have to hit your macros on point, some foods have a lot more calories than others but doesn’t mean it won’t fit your macronutrients.

Respect. Your cut will take a little longer but you’re going to maintain more muscle mass and keep your metabolism at a high rate cause you’re not cutting more calories than you need to. I’m at about 185 right now and bulking on 4000. My cut will probably have similar calories numbers as yours.

Hi guys! My name is sherman shannon and Im from the north of Eire. On my bulk, I consume approximately 4000 calories and I've experienced a grow of about 50 pounds of bodyweight in the last 10 months. Soonly, I would start my cutting process at 200 pounds. I don’t want to assume but I think this may be his job. Bring a Fitness influencer. Hence all the time. For us, we work 9-5 and find it hard to be this consistent. Just depends how much u want if u do the 9-5 hours

This kid is privileged af and doesn’t have a full time job that’s why 🤣 and he will be severely depressed when he realizes what he’s doing isn’t sustainable once you become and adult and have kids. Great for early 20s but his view of what he “used to look like” will cause issues down the road guaranteed without a doubt.
