Hey man I just wanted to ask you a question. My question is what keep you motivated to go to the gym and eat healthy. Im always motivated to go to the gym and I'll go for like 2 weeks straight and then I'll get less and less motivated. Also I've been trying everything to eat healthy I started meal planning and pre doing everything and I just can't keep on it. I just need some advice and what you do to keep being motivated to go the gym and how to eat healthy. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful rest of your day!!!!! Keep up the great work with your videos also

great video.. been living this same lifestyle with your guidance now since July.. 80 pounds down from 350lbs to 277.. i have learned so much about meal prep, shopping, macros, calories but somehow i can never seem to land as close to the numbers as you did in the video here.. im always at a 900 to 1500 calorie deficit sometimes as high as 2100.. My BMR is 2600 and just 30 minutes of cardio will send myfitnesspal back to breakfast calories. Do you put exercise into the equation when calculating your macros for the day when dieting? i see you didnt finish your waffle also.. do you adjust for non consumption or just go with it?

Should try a few egg/egg white crepes with peanut butter for meal 1. A lot of protein from real food, no need to use up your protein. Eggs are cheaper than protein and so you can save the protein powder for shakes if you need to meet your requirements.
