You probably put more effort into your diet than I put in my entire bodybuilding hobby. And I'm 6' 200lbs 12% bf. I'm just happy I can eat the same stuff every day and never get tired of it.

Idk how you are effectively bulking on 3750 cals, I’ve been eating 4500 a day and have stalled at 244 lbs for weeks. Must be a metabolism thing

I’m eating 4K a day and I’ve stopped gaining weight. I’m 182 in the morning. I’m not taking how many calories I burn in a day into account though. I need to get a watch that tracks how many calories I burn so I know how much more I need to eat.

I like. Alot of variety of different foods. When ppl bulk they only do rice chicken an greens boring. Surprise u dont add protein dessert in ur bulk. ??

Can u explain the amount of protein? I thought that 1.2g/lbs is more than enough protein to maximize mps even if youre on gear? almost 500g’s is insane 😂

Science says 1.2 x kg the big monsters say triple that...its the secret..looking very different because they eat massive amounts of meat

@@carlosmantilla4018 1.2-1.4g/kg is for noobies and most importantly natties, science says very clearly that u propably need more than1,8g/kg if youre enhanced, which is the amount u should consume when being advanced natural lifter already.

I honestly think casein in itself doesn't add anything. Just eat food in the evening. Trust me it takes a while to digest

@@hetisjoelb many studies shows casein before bed helps prevent muscle loss overnight and is also recommended to mix with whey.

@@hetisjoelb is whey better than whole food? No. So the addition of whey and casein is a supplement to your meal plan. Since whey is fast absorbed and casein is slow absorbed, the argument is that it helps you retain musclemass during sleep since you burn appropriately 700kcal while sleeping.

New pro card competitor. Hi Wesley. The Indian bodybuilder champion Sunit Jadhav, who won so my mr India titles competed in USA for his pro card. He won first place. He is being compared to CBum in photos to which Sunit looks better. In certain poses. He could be a fellow competitor in the IFBB Olympia Classic division. Check KZbin etc.

cuz protein is needed for muscle. carbs are only needed for energy. low carb diet:lean year round. carbs are only used in off season for hard gainers and for people that are realy active and they burn the carbs fast in the day so they need extra to get over the day.

Talk more about stefan work Does he give meal plan? If not, macros/calories? Does he give you training split? How he split your carb cycle (if he does) How he decides if its time to increase calories? I mean, maybe you answered these on your videos and i might have lost it but i find interesting you make a video only about the rebound/ off season approach! Depends bro, sometimes not only food makes us constipated but other problems in our body also can make us constipated for example less bile secretion from liver, diabetes, high sugar level, high calcium level, magnesium deficiency and so on, some times hypothyroidism also can make a person constipated, it looks easy but its not that easy....
