Probably taking finasteride for a while, possibly with some RU (he mentioned it before). Can be that he also takes less DHT compounds now.

Im having big trouble when it comes to eat a lot, i can't pass 4 meals + 1 shake with 90g of oatmeal even on a cycle Would you recommend some digestive enzimes or any supplement to solve this? Love your channel and the way you explain everything!

I struggle with eating enough (7 meals) right now but I'm 4 months into the off-season having out on 45lbs. No I'm not overly fat I hadn't been training as much or been on anything for 6 months and I had lost a bunch of muscle. My best recommendation for keeping digestion ans appetite up is to carb cycle. You'll end up eating the same amount of food in the end but it's spread out so your body doesn't get used to it and your digestion gets a slight break every few days. I personally do 1 high day so 700 or so carbs, then it's followed by two days of 500 carbs and then one day of 300 or so carbs. I need to lower my protein though it really bogs down digestion having close to 400 grams a day but it works really well trying to put back muscle on quickly that's why it was so high. Shakes also can ruin digestion, especially when they're full of uncooked carbs like cream of rice or oats. I don't have you exact macros and so on but I'd set it up like something like this: Do a big breakfast, the more calories you can get down the earlier, the less full you will feel the next morning and day after. Then you can do a smaller meal during the day which you can add some almonds to and maybe a tbsp of olive oil on the food. For pre workout and post workout just eat cream of rice or a simple rice cereal like rice Krispies, a fruit or some berries and whey, add fats only to the pre workout meal so say but butter but just carbs and protein after the gym. Then you will be hungrier faster to eat your last meal and eventually meals. For he last meal I'd make sure to eat some steak, eggs or salmon with some potatoes to not burn through it all to soon. Add the same amount of nuts and a tbsp of olive oil to the last meal also. Then when you either feel hungry again you can either add small meals such as say 200 grams of cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt with granola or müsli before bed and then maybe a whey shake and a banana between some of your meals during the say

Are you on any orals at the moment? Orals can be the number cause for lack of appetite and eating. Sometimes cutting them out or dropping some and the dose can help squeeze in a meal or 2. Perhaps you need to try more cardio as well. That creates a hunger like no other. Structure out the plan to include lighter calorie meals, ending with higher calorie meals. Watch the fiber intake as well. Co enzymes can be added for better digestion indeed.

Guys I started in November after gaining 30kg during Corona. I started a cut, and lost 20kg while gaining a lot of strength (im nearly twice as strong on bench Press for example) and my cut is done for 1 & 1/2 weeks now. I was at only around 1300 calories at the end, it was super hard but I did it. Now im on my lean bulk, Ive started with around 1600 calories but realized I didnt gain, I went up to 1800, still didnt gain, 2000 and now 2200 and I've actually lost 1kg even though I increased my calories by nearly 1000. Why is that? I already got a little stronger though even though Im losing weight. Should i increase my calories even more? Btw Im as active as Ive never been before, I get around 8000 steps 6 Times a week at work. I walk to the gym and back 6 Times a week and I train super hard. In November, when I was around 20kg heavier, I was probably eating like 3000 calories. Now Im waay thinner and I eat 2300, crazy how my body changed

Hey Wesley, why are you using coconutoil? Isnt there better oils like even normal olive oil? In my opinion coconut oil isnt so good... And what manny says that coconutoil is good its just a myth. I Love your chanel btw

The only good oils are extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin red palm oil, avocado oil and macadamia oil. The rest is processed garbage.

Hi Wesley I know you like walking in the gym in between sets so why not do a banded lateral walk for the glutes the description of the exercise is as follows place both legs between a mini band, position the band just below your knees then sidestep to your right for 6m then sidestep to your left for 6m that is one set try this on your next leg training day stay safe and healthy

The calorie content is often given in kcals, which is short for kilocalories, and also in kJ, which is short for kilojoules. A kilocalorie is another word for what's commonly called a calorie, so 1,000 calories will be written as 1,000kcals.
