@@diinql very few compounds can increase your BMR without serious risk to your health. Plus, all of his competitors are probably doing similar drugs, so that means nothing lol. Brett is super genetically gifted to be able to diet on that high of calories
@xt2bn52 жыл бұрын
@@diinql is really all about your lifestyle. Last prep I've been on 5000-6000 calories per day and been lean as fuck because I've been working 12 hours as a waiter at night, trained a lot and did tons of intense cardio as well with very low sleep 3-5 hours. And I was in "up to 176lbs" weight class... This prep I'm 2000 calories right now and not even as lean, have to go lower because my daily physical activity not even close to what it has been in the past. So what is that all means those numbers say absolutely nothing. You can be small, not even huge, but if your daily activity is crazy high you need lots of calories. And this dude is huge 6000 calories is not very much for him even with normal activity.

'How hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward...' That is what hour to hour and a half or more of cardio builds Push past it all. The right way: increase intensity(ies) while maintaining a set duration of time [e.g., same amount of time on treadmill, higher speed] Returning back to a lower intensity for a longer duration of time then enables one to literally detect the effects of accumulated hours, minutes, seconds... E.g., one hour on a treadmill at a pace of 12 miles per hour ---> one hour on a treadmill at a pace of 13.5 miles per hour ---> one and a half hours on a treadmill at a pace of 12 miles per hour ✅🆗🆒0️⃣♾️

First pro bodybuilder I've seen train abs!! 😂 Dexter Jackson did a "how to work your abs" spread in on of the BB magazines back in the 90's. The article was talking about different ab exercises you could do written by the editor. Dexter had a wicked 8 pack and there were several pictures of him in it. They asked Dexter what ab exercises he did and he told them straight up "I don't train abs". 😂😂
