1- Psyllium husk will prevent absorption of nutrients AND does tend to cause autoimmune reactions. Adding a bit of fruits and chocolate to rice won't supply enough potassium. You do need 10mg per every gram of carb. Do you supplement with potassuim? 2- The amount of protein in the meal with the french fries is no way in the 50s. You surley got that one wrong. 3- What's the point of measuring blood sugar after a meal that does NOT contain carbs? Did you use GH before that meal or before your morning cardio? Do you use long acting insulin in the morning? Did you use metformin at bedtime the previous night? All those do affect the reading you know. As a type II diabetic myself I advise you to use the 2nd drop of blood not the 1st one for a more accurate blood sugar measurement. 4- You need to be straightforward like coach @gregdoucette and tell us what gear and peptides you're on. Better yet hire him to coach you bro. You overthink EVERYTHING and you will keep on making mistakes. On your channel there are like 10 different ways to carb-up for a show! Listen to me, hire Greg or someone who knows how it's done. I want to see you in the top 5 at the Olympia. 5- Last but not least, this advice is for Wesley. If you're not Wesley, keep your opinions for yourself!

Your fat free lean body mass X 18 is your calorie burn, and it's your calorie intake for maintenance a day 7 days a week. 236 pounds fat free lean body mass (not counting bodyfat) X 18 = 4248 calories for bulking of muscle maintenance no fat gain. Fat bulking you can have sticks of butter so 5 sticks of butter microwave for however many minutes in a glass container let sit 5 minutes drink down + maintenance intake. 460g fat, that is 1.19 pounds of fat. 1 pound of fat is 386g fat, 3474 calories, and 15% water. You probably shouldn't take any fat burners you already burn a lot of calories. Even cutting which what you ate today is cutting amounts fat burners will just speed up metabolism, burn carbs, and burn muscle to slow down your metabolism if you have them then it's fat free lean body mass X 21, X 28, or X 35. If you take fat burners you have to eat a lot more calories. A cup of joe is fine or you can aim for decaf if you drink a lot of coffee. If you still need the mental stimulant you can have Now green tea extract which has some caffeine, and Now EGCG they give a thermogenic effect and a powerful antioxidant effect EGCG is much stronger for the antioxidant effect. Either of those you can also get caffeine free but they're low in caffeine. On days off your calorie intake is the same as that 24 hours burns the same as an exercise day pretty much. 2 hours of fitness and 22 hours of sitting/sleeping (sitting or basic moving around not much major activity), lifting weights at 110 heart beats a minute and steps doesn't burn that many calories. Even running in that time at maximum 155 heart beats a minute won't burn that many calories. You're having way under your calorie needs. Also all that extra protein 58% of excess protein is dissipated, doesn't burn as calories, to convert the other 42% excess protein to glycogen. Muscle maintenance is only fat free lean body mass X 0.36, and I double this amount to put on memory muscle or new muscle. This also counts you take in enough carbs, if you don't take in enough carbs you will burn muscle and slow down your metabolism. You may find when having these high calorie amounts your metabolism shoots through the roof and so does your anabolism, and this doesn't count fat bulking. You can easily lose a lot of muscle when you don't take in your body's high carb demand. 1 pound of muscle is 135g protein and 70% water. 85g protein muscle maintenance, 85g protein extra since I double it, take in enough carbs to avoid temporary ketosis that burns muscle, 85g extra protein X 31 days in a month = 2635g protein / 135g protein (pound of muscle) = 19.52 pounds muscle put on a month but that also depends on other factors I don't want to get into the controversy hint hint. Your cutting intake you took in today is good for partial keto fat loss, good as long as you take in enough protein to cover the carb deficit which you did. If you get to 265 pounds 4.5% bodyfat your calorie burn and maintenance intake is 253 pounds fat free lean body mass X 18 = 4554 calories which is 182g protein (91g protein for muscle maintenance, 91g extra protein), 212g fat, and 478g carbs. Or 283g protein, 212g fat, and 435g carbs. Or 283g protein, 115g fat, and 694g carbs. 283g protein if you sponsor protein powders to help with peoples' workout plans, health, and fitness. Your appetite might be limited if you're not having enough sodium. The well known pro superheavyweight bodybuilding coach Scott Abel says athletes and lifters want 2000mg sodium per every 32 ounces of liquid they have. Usually a guy your size has 1.5 gallons of liquid a day which he recommends 12,000mg sodium it also has a high ph and alkalizes your gut greatly increasing your appetite and adding to your gut health. It also greatly increases stomach emptying by giving you a healthier gut, which is why champion eaters at 150 pounds bodyweight will have 20,000 calories in 20 minutes with 12,000mg sodium and their stomach will empty quickly. You can have this 12,000mg sodium spread throughout the day.

You may have to choose calorie dense foods that are relatively cheap for their volume, like oils or nut butters, fattier cuts of meat, things like that. Rice and oats are cheap in bulk, tinned tuna is cheap in bulk, eggs also, full fat milk. Obviously I know nothing about your dietary requirements but those things get me by very well, between 3000 and 4000 calories a day. Even try a good quality "bulking powder" supplement like Mammoth Mass or something, pretty cheap when you consider how many calories are in a serving. Also interesting that you wonder how Welsey gets so big when your channel is literally a lifting channel haha, you look way heavier than 160 (in a good way) haha, what height are you?

Chicken is 1.80 a pound at Aldis and oatflour is like $70 for a 50 lbs bag. 1 cup is like 90g of carbs and you could chug that down.

@@gajuc2753 I somewhat agree with what you say . Sometimes naturals just won’t have the bones thickness , structure or natural anabolism enough to gain pure lean muscle mass all the way to 200 + lbs . Sure it’s easy to gain WEIGHT fast , but lean muscle is another story when you’re not in the right genetic pool , diet or training . If you think about an average or below average weight guy at 150 lbs (maintaining) adding on 50 lbs naturally you’d have to think that he wouldn’t be able to add any more on and that’s an entire life time of lifting . So when a natural who maintains around 150 lbs with a thin bone structure who’s already past their natural growth stages(21-26 y/o for men) than I would imagine he would have to sacrifice lots of that weight to fat , and not pure muscle mass . Bulking about 500 kcal surplus every day over a few years with some mini cuts in between would be ideal for someone with below average muscle building genetics , this way they build lean muscle mass albeit slowly but without risking too much fat gain . Of course if you’re a power lifter than fatten up all you want .

I don't know what your competition weight is so I would guess it is 247 pounds 4.5% bodyfat 6'2.5", 236 pounds fat free lean body mass. You look leaner than 10% bodyfat but as a guess 265 pounds 10% bodyfat, 238.5 pounds fat free lean body mass that's just a guess close to your competition weight and bodyfat percentage. I think to make weight at classic Mr. Olympia at 6'2.5" you have to be 247 pounds but I could be wrong, that could just be for IFBB Pro I don't know the rules. If not sooner or later you'll get to compete at your full size without losing muscle for competition because I think I saw you pose at 265 pounds just recently and I think you looked better than competition so I guess 265 pounds 4.5% bodyfat goal. You should take in 236 X 18 = 4248 calories for bulking of muscle maintenance no fat gain, 170g protein, 198g fat, and 446g carbs or 170g protein, 99g fat, and 669g carbs. 4248 calories a day is the amount of calories you burn a day. Eat this amount a day 7 days a week for 22 hours of sitting, not the 2 hours of fitness a day which doesn't burn that many calories in comparison. Your intake below cuts a lot of fat. If you're bulking you're undereating calories. You can still put on muscle with this intake at 14 pounds of lean muscle a month while losing fat. 4248 - 2915 = 1333 calorie deficit, 9331 calorie deficit a week, 2.69 pounds fat loss a week 2915 calories (3375 calories taken in) 283g protein (85g protein for muscle maintenance, 83g protein to glycogen, 115g protein dissipated) 115g fat 302g carbs You may prefer this intake: 283g protein, 198g fat, and 380g carbs if you want maintenance no fat gain. The cutting intake may be just as anabolic but if not, then the maintenance intake I suggested should be anabolic. That's healthy fats like a part of a stick of butter microwaved for 1 minute drink 5 minutes later for a couple seconds if you don't want to drink a bunch of whole fat milk. Whole fat milk is good for you a half gallon to full gallon a day recommended. Half gallon is more than enough. A stick of butter is 92g fat. Or have 283g protein, 115g fat, and 577g carbs. Having higher fat like that you can eat your food much faster especially with milk and a stick of butter also a great money saver. Important for a guy your size these are the regular lean muscle maintenance intakes pro bodybuilders in IFBB Pro and Mr. Olympias are doing.
