Safety bar squat bars at my gym are 65 LBS (so 29.5KG). We have 3 of them and they are all this weight! Definitely heavier than an olympic bar!

Just a heads up bro, there isn't any point to taking a multivitamin with another magnesium tablet as the high dose magnesium will out absorb a lot of the minerals in the multivitamin and magnesium competes with calcium for absorption, best to take magnesium and calcium separate times of the day by themselves.

I think the safety bar squat feels heavier because it is more like an front squat movement because it allows you to stay more upright making it more quad focused and less spinal erectors work. Not sure though. :-)

SSB is heavier than standard O bar. I was told around 70pnds , while the O bar is 45pnd .

@ 0:40 new watch, looks nice, hopefully it has useful features. Check out SUNNTO 9 BARO, battery lasts almost a week for me. Has heart rate sensor, training tracking, sleep tracking, calories burned tracking, barometer, water resistant to 100m underwater so it can be washed after training, and some other useful features. Its all guess work until and unless they come out and say this is what im taking and this is how much etc. But of course they never will cuz they wanna look like they r legit getting these results naturally from hard work and dedication and chicken breasts lol

Hey, Wesley just seen some of your previous videos in which you said you've been studying nutrition. So, what does research tells about BCAA should we take it or is it just a waste.

Wondering what he will answer but all modern research shows it's a waste. You need all aminos to process them and not only these 3. So better off with EAAs if you want some aminos.

@@MeesterJ yeah exactly, one scientific research shows that taking Whey Pre-Workout instead of BCAA shows better results and the best part is a Whey includes almost everything like: High Quality Protein BCAA EAA Glutamine & some micro nutrients too.. But I still want to know what Wesley has to say about this as most bodybuilders take these without knowing it's effect on body like is it really a Supplement that you should include in your diet since a scoop of protein includes almost the required amount that you need and if you are consuming whole foods like eggs (whole), chicken, fish etc you don't even need to supplement BCAA in your diet. But since a small proportion of fitness freaks (athletes) also includes Vegetarians who can't consume enough BCAA through these things so, they might need to enhance their BCAA consumption from a supplement. But.... I still want to know what Wesley has to say about it since he's an Olympian athlete + he's also studying diet and nutrition. So, for me his opinion matters and I'm really looking forward for his view on it.

Tryed a lot of magnesium suppliments also but never had one as good as magnesium drink tablets from ettix. cramps get no chance with this one especialy designed for cyclists,you should give them a try,succes.

Wesley I have a few questions. You are busy with a lean bulk now but how much calories do you need at least? And how much more do you take per day to give your body the best results? By the way ik heb een nieuwe baan waar voor ik 4 dagen naar Tilburg moet maar kom ook langs best af ik wilde eventueel bij uw gym trainen maar moet wel zeggen dat ik veel power set en ik 2 weken vroeg moet trainen dus om 9.30 en de 2 weken daar op laat dus dan kan ik pas om 16.30. Beneficial for sure. Lots of powerlifters, strongmen and certain bodybuilders do this to maintain energy and a pump during the workout.
