As much as people call it boring, seeing a big puncher nullified by some lateral movement and simple boxing was still entertaining. He made it pretty clear that he's a better boxer without question.

HERE COME THE CASUALS!! The classic "Viddal is is rubbish, Jake Paul would knock him out. All he did was run around the ring" Casuals that don't understand or appreciate the sport, who focus mostly on big name fights and have no appreciation for technical ability. It wasn't a spectacle fight but it wasn't boring either. Viddal displayed his skill, he has very good footwork, great head movement, he was judging his range well. He came in with the correct game plan on the night and executed it well. At times seemed a little bit jittery but he is still learning in the ring with every fight. He's now answered any questions about his fitness to be able to keep moving and go the distance Lawal struggled to throw any decent punches, stiff movement and did nothing to stop Viddal executing his game plan. Casuals need to learn to appreciate the sport more.

@@dugegg I guess it depends what people enjoy watching, some like slick movement and smooth setups, others like big bombs, we cant knock the others. Imo i thought it was exciting but completely respect people saying it was boring

@@themax2848 your right but for me personally, it didn't keep my attention. I do enjoy it theses sort of fights if they stick a bit behind the shots. Even the purists still want a sense that someone could hurt or stop, or at least drop the other. But it didn't feel like that at all. Like I said it was like a spar where a flat footed novice is trying to pin the experience guy down and the experienced guy just flicks shots out and takes the piss out of them. I later found out that Riley had bad ribs from early in so props to him, done what he had to do.

Some of the people in these comments have no clue about boxing. I get it though barn burners are very entertaining but if you want to just watch ruthless scraps stick to watching backyard brawling. Irrelevant of the fracture to viddals rib, nobody would have guessed it with such a clinical display of boxing, the footwork was great for all 10 rounds but people forget it takes two to tango and lewal had nothing to offer viddal. Great performance from viddal, to me it shown levels, I think Taj gave him a tougher fight, hope the rib heals quick look forward to seeing what's next, great boxing as usual

We get it, you’re a hardcore boxing fan, the most hardcore realist fan ever who appreciates the sweet science, we get it hats off to you!! Riley boxed a magnificent fight, he was the smaller of the two but kept composure, kept Lawal away with the jab and pivoted well while still getting shots in on his way out. Probably wouldn't have been a great idea to stand still and trade with the bigger, Lawal as he was only looking for a big shot at the end of the day and 9 out of 10, you trade with a bigger dude and he catches you clean, it's night night.
