I know it’s not a popular opinion but I really liked what Amanda brought to the show. I will miss both her and Tamera. Wondering how the 3 remaining will handle next season.

J4DE yes she did but she had some issues with executives at the top censoring her in regards to certain topics.

Amanda is soooo fucking underrated and she was taken for granted. This show didn’t deserve her bc sadly her ideas and views were too forward. She was a gem. I still love the OG four but Amanda was amazing 😢

Loni why can't everyone just have a black history month without you saying we are taking yours every country has a black person and it doesn't matter if we do a black history month with y'all In February 🙄🙄
@Mamdrmamdr3 жыл бұрын
Because when we say Black history we’re talking about Black Americans. Most other black people from other countries can define what country they come from like... Nigeria, Ghana, Brazil, etc. We say black because it’s the history of people that experienced this SPECIFIC experience & that’s fine. We got separate thanksgivings! What’s the difference
@findingpeace60662 жыл бұрын
@@Mamdrmamdr It’s good to stand as a united front though instead of staggered throughout the year. International Black History Month seems fitting instead of it being specific to the US.

Keysh UK Loni may have sounded odd, but there are Jamaicans who aren’t Black.
@katiemorales83364 жыл бұрын
I noticed that as well... Jamaicans are the citizens of Jamaica and their descendants in the Jamaican diaspora. Vast majority of Jamaicans are of African descent, with minorities of Europeans, East Indians, Chinese, Middle Eastern and others or mixed ancestry. That’s google.
@cassidyedwards143 жыл бұрын
Many Jamaicans are not black, there are white Jamaicans, Indian Jamaicans, Chinese Jamaicans, black Jamaicans and of course mixed Jamaicans as well. Our motto is out of many one people. Jamaican is not a race, it’s a nationality.

the dates are great to have now because before no one knew when it was filmed unless there was something big and we all knew when it happened, point is it’s taking away the views so maybe take that extra step and put the dates in the description and make titles again, if you put somethings like “GIRL CHAT VAULT: Black history month” and you’d get at least 50k views right away rather than 7.1k, just a tip love this show and wouldn’t want to see it get cancelled over bad marketing (: ❤️

Exactly or that other countries that had black as slaves the Uk is an example of such country. She sound so damn mean and egotistical to think that America is the only one with the history of slavery.

First of Loni I don’t think anyone is piggy backing of anyone, secondly America was not the only country that had black people as slaves, yes America may have started black history month, that does not mean you have the monopoly on that😒😒😒as for Naomi including other races in her comment isn’t an issue, why you trying to make it one Loni, the more the merrier, why can’t other races celebrate with us and vice visa when it come to them celebrating themselves, can’t we all just celebrate being human and alive.

LOL Diaspora is not a college word. The way people love to slyly put others down by saying it's a "college" word. No it's a known term, especially like me and your community are full of refugees and asylum seekers, we constantly are taught the word "diaspora" because we are one family across the globe at a very young age, here in the UK and I know in Canada for Tamil refugees.

What I can’t stand is every time Jeannie says something about the black community or whatever people are always rolling their eyes & be going as far as going to her IG saying she wants to be black or making jokes about her taste in men. She’s very intelligent & diverse because she’s from a very diverse area so she had to adapt. She doesn’t ONLY know about Vietnamese culture & also even if other races were to educate themselves on our culture, y’all will call them culture vultures so they can’t win either way. Black people should be happy that others wanna embrace our culture
