I like the long form videos, personally. Nice to see all the steps and stages of a project. We migrated to Thailand 5 years ago and it's been difficult to pick up hobby supplies, but I think I can get a pop it palette even here, easily enough. Wish me luck painting Star Wars Shatterpoint this weekend. I'm gonna try oils!

Another quick tip, make sure your models are from a company known for doing proper supports, normally this means actually paying for the files. Whilst free models are great a lot of the time they'll either be unsupported (and you have to go through the hell that is supporting them yourself...probably the least fun part of 3D printing) or they might not be supported correctly leading to print failures and having to problem solve exactly where the print failed.

Here's a question, what do you actually do with the left over resin ? Leave it in the tray for next time ? Pour it back into the container ? Also if you want a printer challenge, Station Forge has some new LARGE Imperial Guard vehicle proxies, like that WW2 style bomber, could be relatively easily Ork-ified.

Had a lot of fun painting black plague. I have a lot of the content for it (with the thundercats expansions on the way) and have moved on to painting massive darkness 2. It's similar to zombicide but more of an actual dungeon crawler. All the cool minis in massive darkness 2 can also pull double duty in my dnd campaigns so hard to not do that
@MiniatureHobbyist8 ай бұрын
Oh man, now I have to take a look at what massive darkness is all about, my problem is I get hooked and want to buy and paint everything lol 🙂
@jasoncronin91458 ай бұрын
@@MiniatureHobbyist yeah same lol. I will say that massive darkness two is generally much more well regarded than one. The base game of md2 is fairly easy to find here in the US at least, but finding the expansions was difficult.

Finally a Howling Mad! I think "Don't look Back" game might be neat, you can custom up the villians, and go from there. Any fix to the "new" null oil? my nephew got a chicken shaped one.

I've only just got a 3d printer, I went for a anycubic Kobra 2 neo, fairly straightforward to set up , unfortunately it can't really match the details of resin ........yet ! , I did do a 25mm bounty hunter and it was far from perfect I'll most likely see if I can find a reconditioned resin printer for miniatures and use the fdm for cad projects , im only just catching up with working my way around windows 10 ,ive not really used anything beyond windows 8.1😂
