Thank you so much! Loving your videos and am pumped to adjust my training for the next 12 weeks leading up to my FIRST Hyrox!! I’m doing the one and only race in Canada - Toronto, Oct 6th (yes, a Sunday as it’s a two-day event, being the only one in our country - lots of athletes wanting to participate!).
