Fat free plain Greek yogurt with some sugar free jello pudding mix - cheesecake or butterscotch flavor or even add a little of both - and add fat free whipped cream on top. CHEAT CODE

great video!! i am literally obsessed with rice cakes haha. My favorite protein bar is the Nash Bar-the mainstreams destroy my digestion so it's been a godsend to find a bar with no artificial ingredients that taste amazing.

Great Vid, sub added. I use greek yogurt a lot. I sweeten with Stevia and add frozen strawberries or blueberries, or just mix 150 g with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey protein, the latter you have to mix for a long time to ensure that lumps are not formed. Protein bars are a quick go-to, in order to mix things up.

Jello gelatin is made from bone like bone broth has aminos like collagen I eat jello pork rinds and bone broth instead of collagen powder

How about a tablespoon or so of peanut butter… often I’d put it on apples or rice cakes…. Any healthier way to eat peanut butter?

I lost 18 kgs / 39 lbs doing OMAD, so snacking was never a problem. When tracked which was rare - my intake comprised of 60% fat and 20% each from carbs and Protein.

I like your ideas for snacks. I’ve never tried rice cakes sometimes in the afternoon are we Greek yogurt with granola and fruit? I’ll eat nuts when I get for sweets. I’m always moved for chocolate. I dark chocolate with salt.

Yeah! If the collagen in Jell-O is from a beef source. If it's from pork, don't eat it and I don't care what these so called heath gurus try to brainwash the public into believing when it comes to pork these days, but it's crap.

A cup of fruit salad with a half cup of cottage cheese on top has fewer calories than 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and is more satiating and has more volume than the peanut butter...

I love the caramel apple pie greek yogurt. Sometimes if I have the calories at the end of the day, I will crumble up a keebler mini graham cracker pie crust up into the yogurt and then drizzle sugar free chocolate syrup into it, now that's a tasty desert for just under 300 calories! Great video!

Fun part, peanut butter has tons of benefits ( if you choose a peanut butter with 0 sugar and preservatives, and not buying from super market) also i dont understand the habit of throwing 10 tbsps in, if you eat a small tbsp daily, you're giving your health a big boost... So its all controversial. Dont do this and dont do that, literally everyone nowdays is a life coach and nutrition expert....

@@JosiahFitness I’m great , I just don’t know why fitness influencers always wanna blame peanut butter for people being over weight , like who sits down and eats a jar of peanut butter in on sitting and if you did , you probably wouldn’t do it again .. eating a serving or two a day just makes you feel better satisfies craving and compared to a bowl of ice cream or a bag of chip or a run too McDonald’s it’s does minimal damage to your daily calorie intake , love the jello hack though , a real life savior especially if you mix the orange with fresh strawberries…my gawd lol …
