Your videos are really motivating! Thank you so much. Also, I am a 20 year old boy, before I was a cricketer, but now I am so much interested in football and I have just started to play( a beginner). So, I practice ball mastery and passing against the wall, but still I am not able to control the ball and my friends easily tackle me and take away the ball. Can you please suggest how can I improve my practice and my game.

Hey, long time watcher of your videos here :) , was wondering if you could share some tips on how to recover from a groin injury. I have been dealing with pain on and off for a month now and it seems to go away when I warm up but the pain comes back in the morning the day after. Curious to check what helped you out with your groin injury, thanks!

The thing is with groin injuries is that not every injury is the same, so I would recommend getting it checked out by a medical professional. What helped me was decreasing the lid of my training, regular icing, heating, stretching and strengthening exercises 👍

3 hrs a day is a good time

Start with 30 mins to an hour a day, then as you build consistency increase it to 2 hours and more

It's not really how often you do it. It's how you do it. A 2 hour session with 120% effort is much more effective than 3 sessions with 70% effort.
