FT Trainings Full Sessions | Episode #3 - Individual Session For Soccer Players.
This training session is designed to train individually and can be completed during the in-season period. It is designed primarily to keep you in shape and fir for the matches. We recommend to take it at least once a week. The session consists of 5 drills and lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remember to do a proper warm-up before you start.
Structure

Warm-Up - 6 Reps
Drill #1 - Footwork
- Variation #1: Lateral Runs - 6 Reps
- Variation #2: Sidesteps - 6 Reps
Drill #2 - Tight Space Dribbling - 8 Reps
Drill #3 - Changing Tempo/Direction Dribbling - 6 Reps
Drill #4 - Complex Drill (Stamina) - 3 Reps
Drill #5 - Shooting
- Right Foot: 10 Reps
- Center: 10 Reps/ Each Leg
Left Foot: 10 Reps
Drill #6 - Ball Mastery - 3 Sets of 5 cones
