Pretty good for a HIIT workout, way more difficult with a 15 pound plate carrier and using weights during squats etc....

No, try to listen to your body. If you are a beginner, I recommend doing Monday, Wednesday and Friday to have time to recover. Don't forget to eat a lot of protein, and sleep well. Don't forget, "Fitness is not a race, but a marathon."

I can only do it 0.75 speed and spent 35 mins to finish the whole drill for my first time. But i hope to keep training everyweek because i want to improve my football fitness. I am a 37 age man a amateur player but I still want to improve 😊

Do it in the morning or do stretches (preferably dynamic stretches), doing a full workout before could injure you badly
