No, try to listen to your body. If you are a beginner, I recommend doing Monday, Wednesday and Friday to have time to recover. Don't forget to eat a lot of protein, and sleep well. Don't forget, "Fitness is not a race, but a marathon."

Do it in the morning or do stretches (preferably dynamic stretches), doing a full workout before could injure you badly
