4:58 “when powering on the gimbal, when powering on the jimbal”. I’ve directed and edited many voice over sessions, and this is simply the fault of the editor. I’m sure the director doesn’t speak complete English and so was unable to give the VO talent a decision on how the word “gimbal” is supposed to sound, so they went for both variations, with the expectation that they’d ask someone who speaks English which one is correct. Clearly they never got around to asking someone by the time they started editing, and on top of that, the editor left both takes into the final edit - perhaps to make sure that at least one of the sentences would be the correct one. Geez.

Hello , Great videos. Have you experienced any problem with your Crane 2? I got mine for a little longer then one month and today I have noticed fluid leak under the Thumb Screws of the Tilt Axis and Roll Axis. Should I be worried or is it something normal? Will appreciate your opinion. Thank you.

Depends on your lens/weight. If you're rocking a Panasonic lens primarily, get v2. If you've got some solid primes that weigh more, 2.

Hi, I just have it for the Sony A7RII, but I cannot plug my monitor as the sony angle cable obstruct the micro HDMI port. I was wondering why Zhiyun not made it straight, or at least make the angle up !?? So, is there a Sony cable that plug straight ? or can I download a pin assignment from micro USB to Sony Multiport ? Hi, My follow focus on the crane 2 doesn't seem to work and when I does work, it works extremely slow. I have to turn the wheel over 50times for me to be able to eventually focus while making some clicking noise during the process. I have updated both the firmware for the crane and camera but still no change. Do you have any solutions for this?

Please reply, Zhiyn-tech. Thanks. Was I sent the wrong parts... maybe for an older version? My Crane 2 doesn't have the exact same components as is seen here. As I see someone else commented about here, I can only instal the baseplate with the arrow facing towards the back of the camera and have to slide it in backwards from the front. My quick release plate has markers beyond 9, but the one in this video goes up to 8. And my quick release plate has the hole to screw in the lens support in on the end that has the back end of the arrow. in this video the is no place to screw the lens support into the plate and is instead on the part you slide the plate into. In this video that part where you slide the plate into has a long opening for what I guess is the lens support. That part of my system doesn't have any such slit there and is solid on the front and back sides. I'm wondering if these differences have something to do with the fact that the gimbal loses control of my 5D Mark IV that flips back or forward when tilted too much.

Does anyone know if it would support the a7sii with a Sony FE 28-135 cinema style lens. The lens is heavy has its own mount and wouldn't fit on my v2 crane.

I am having mechanical issues with the plate. This video illustrate the camera entering the back of the gimbal and sliding towards the front of it. My gimbal only allows me to slide the camera from the front of the gimbal to the back. Essentially both the arrow on the plate and the arrow on the gimbal points towards the rear motor which makes it very annoying when switching the camera from the gimbal to the Manfrotto tripod. Please let me know how i ca fix this issue.

I'm struggling with the balance of my Crane 2 with a 5D Mark III and a 24-105 lens. I can balance it perfectly level but when I move it to a different position (like is says in all the tutorials) it's supposed to stay in that position - but mine just keeps flopping back to its leveled position. I've re calibrated it via the app. Once I've balanced, with the camera facing forward I can point the camera down and up and it'll stay put like it should do, but if I roll to either side, it always rolls back to center. Is it me or have i just purchased a faulty gimbal?

Is there a way to move which side the follow focus knob is on? It's position looks like it would be somewhat difficult for left handed users to do use the main controls with their left hand.

Nathan van Jole, it depends on not only what camera you use but also what lens you're using, while you connecting the gimbal with Canon cable via bluetooth that will work, but I can't make sure it must be work cuz i don't know your exact lenes.
