I heard the gel state of chai is safer on the digestive process. Chia seeds can be added to the eggs. Let it sit for 15-minutes in there before cooking. You don’t even taste it. I have made it with 2-egg cheese omelettes with fresh herbs, and vegetables eggs scramble. I add chia seeds to chobani coconut yogurt, sometimes, but it doesn’t seem to gel up.Merry Christmas. 🎄💕

As Mediterranean born and raised I always lol at Americans using the worlds Mediterranean or Italian in anything to sell more. Mediterranean people don’t use avocado oil but olive oil so already this recipe is fake. I like to watch his videos he has good knowledge and review studies but not a good chef! Do you want Italian born and raised recipes watch my channel and I live in the USA from a while now so my cooking is a mix of international flares to Italian based cooking

Concerning that omelette-1)you’re not supposed to crack an egg on a rounded surface as it can introduce bacteria into the egg, 2)I wouldn’t flush olive oil down the sink as it clogs in the p- trap over time. 3)I’ve read that you should eat olives with the pits because the pit removal process destroys most of the benefits of eating the olive.,4) I eat a very similar breakfast, but I like to add turmeric and cumin.

Thanks for cleaning up my Keto. I get most of my information from you Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Jason Fung. You guys are my 3 kings of health. I have been doing keto for 4 months IF fasting and a couple prolonged fast. I think I will do a 4 day fast 4 times a year. I was 320 pounds at the end of the covid shut down. The combination on thyroid surgery and covid I gained a ton of weight. 30 pounds down after going back to work. Then I kept going up and down and struggled to lose anything but now I'm down 60 more pounds in the last 4 months I saw less than 230 on the scale the other day. Cod liver is my main omega 3 source now. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it actually was. It's much easier to eat than sardines. Keep up all the great content I'll be a lifetime follower

Love your channel and all its content. I just finished my omelet over broccoli, mushrooms, gouda, and avocado. I noticed you poured oil down the drain and that over time will lead to a clogged drain regardless of how much hot water you use. Moving hot water cools at a very rapid rate so by the time the water gets to the final junction with the 4'" main drain line the water has cooled off. As the fat cools further down the line it solidifies catching debris (usually hair from the shower) and before you know it you're calling a plumber with a 60ft snake to clear your drains. I figured it's the least I could do considering how much you've helped me with my health and fitness goals.

No, olive oil is fluid; not solid, not semisolid, unless in very cold temperatures. So depending on location, in cold seasons, I agree with you. Otherwise, olive oil generally won’t clog drains. In fact, it may actually make any debris in pipes more slippery, helping to clear them.

Any ideas on how to stop muscle twitching , low carb 2 year , been on 2 meals a day 19/5 nearly a year now , I take potassium, creatine , magnesium and d3 k2 supplements. The mainly leg twitches have been going on for over 4 months now . Everything else is amazing lightest body weight i have been in 30 years. Would eating only 2 meals a day for that long be adding to stress? I’m 6’3 200lbs

It'd be cool if you did a video of your family what you all do in a day. I want to know what your wife eats and it'd be cool to see the kids they're so cute I have thyroid issues and want to know what she eats. I know she eats seaweed and Brazilian nuts and takes ashwagandha. My son has autism and would give ideas for children and the keto diet.

I grow fresh hot red Jalapeños because they seem to work the best at increasing metabolism and getting the body to release fat.

Not being biased or rude here, but I don’t see how a guy with the amount of muscle Thomas has, can do a 16-20 hour fast and eat such a little amount for breakfast. There is no way he’s full after that. It’s so not worth it to have these high calorie meals with such little volume. The dedication Thomas has to his craft is impressive, it is, but the average person won’t/can’t follow this regimen. If Fitness wasn’t his life, he would most likely slip up as well. You call that one little taco lunch?! No way. There’s no way that’s “lunch”. It’s barely a snack.

I was thinking the same but he did say he eats light on his filming days. On his non-filming days, he must eat way more. I guess we’ll find out since it looks like he’s doing a series on this.

Always eat light on filming days. Very critical point. But I don’t eat that much. I just don’t. But also, add up the calories. People eat wayyyy too much on keto usually.

Yeah. This video is bullshit. Pretty much everything is brand new/unopened and individually portioned/wrapped.. and we're supposed to believe this is his typical day? Bull-fucking-shit.

@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial agreed, most people don’t understand a gram of fat is more than double the calories than a gram of protein or even carbs for that matter. But you mentioned you fasted the day before, and with how active you are, a day of fasting followed by a day of minimal meals is rough. Ghrelin is definitely not your friend at this point. Openly I’m fearful of getting too hungry because will power only lasts so long and it leads to binge eating.
