I heard the gel state of chai is safer on the digestive process. Chia seeds can be added to the eggs. Let it sit for 15-minutes in there before cooking. You don’t even taste it. I have made it with 2-egg cheese omelettes with fresh herbs, and vegetables eggs scramble. I add chia seeds to chobani coconut yogurt, sometimes, but it doesn’t seem to gel up.Merry Christmas. 🎄💕

The combination on thyroid surgery and covid I gained a ton of weight. 30 pounds down after going back to work. Then I kept going up and down and struggled to lose anything but now I'm down 60 more pounds in the last 4 months I saw less than 230 on the scale the other day. Love your channel and all its content. I just finished my omelet over broccoli, mushrooms, gouda, and avocado. I noticed you poured oil down the drain and that over time will lead to a clogged drain regardless of how much hot water you use. Moving hot water cools at a very rapid rate so by the time the water gets to the final junction with the 4'" main drain line the water has cooled off. As the fat cools further down the line it solidifies catching debris (usually hair from the shower) and before you know it you're calling a plumber with a 60ft snake to clear your drains. I figured it's the least I could do considering how much you've helped me with my health and fitness goals.
@dr.anthonyforgione42533 жыл бұрын
No, olive oil is fluid; not solid, not semisolid, unless in very cold temperatures. So depending on location, in cold seasons, I agree with you. Otherwise, olive oil generally won’t clog drains. In fact, it may actually make any debris in pipes more slippery, helping to clear them.

Not being biased or rude here, but I don’t see how a guy with the amount of muscle Thomas has, can do a 16-20 hour fast and eat such a little amount for breakfast. There is no way he’s full after that. It’s so not worth it to have these high calorie meals with such little volume. The dedication Thomas has to his craft is impressive, it is, but the average person won’t/can’t follow this regimen. If Fitness wasn’t his life, he would most likely slip up as well. You call that one little taco lunch?! No way. There’s no way that’s “lunch”. It’s barely a snack.

@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial agreed, most people don’t understand a gram of fat is more than double the calories than a gram of protein or even carbs for that matter. But you mentioned you fasted the day before, and with how active you are, a day of fasting followed by a day of minimal meals is rough. Ghrelin is definitely not your friend at this point. Openly I’m fearful of getting too hungry because will power only lasts so long and it leads to binge eating.
