Babies are super smart ... at 09:28 the look on your daughter's face when she glanced over at the veggies was priceless 👌 ... sorry not trying to poo poo veggies (once in a while indulge on the easiest digesting ones) ... but I lean towards the ...plants are survival food and/or medicine ...hypothesis ... 🍖 is food that all babies love and what humans should base their diet on 😛 cheers mate 😎

Your meal with the Burgers is awesome. I also dont understand or lets say kind of "dislike" when people come and say this way of eating cant be tasty, or always say "and when do you eat normal again?" like what the heck, that is normal for me, not eating keto is abnormal for me when im truly in deep ketogenic state, the desire for all the crap is completly gone why should i eat bad food that makes me feel good for 5 minutes, and then i regret it, feel bad, get fat and unhealthy if i can eat INSANE delicous food that nourish my body and gets me lean as heck for example Emmentaler, very very lightliy melted in the pan with my irish angus beef pattys and some jalapenos...dude just insane tasting

I made burgers for the family. Grass fed organic. Then for me I lightly cooked some baby arugula baby spinach in avocado oil and then broke the burger into pieces and turned it all into a salad.
