Nice to see you again!! I’ve been practising every day since we last “spoke” and still can’t get a good centre line balance!! 😢kick up is great now...but still need the damn wall (can stay for 45-60 seconds). The very last kick up I stayed totally balanced for about 3 seconds.... I guess better than no seconds. I’ll keep practising though. Thank you! 🙏🙏

Keep trying without the wall. Take ten minutes per day and try to cram as many attempts in as possible of getting a few seconds in a freestanding handstand. Eventually you get the three seconds consistent and from then on it will come regularly. Best wishes

There was an earthquake last for about 15 seconds at the moment I was following the 30 seconds handstand, luckily I can only do the against the wall version for now.😅 I am ok, but it was quite a shock and a memorable episode.

When you started hand balancing did you start on the floor or on poles? I want to try hand balancing so I’m just wondering if I should get some poles. There called poles right? 😂 thanks for the video.
