Mocking a very sacred ordinance is not a joke. I'm' sorry that you are not able to understand why we perform these ordinances. If you understood you would not so easily mock. The scumbag traitor, Mike Norton, who filmed the ordinances then posted them on the internet has no clue the condemnation he is facing when he dies. I'm not his judge but I would be very surprised if he doesn't become a Son of Perdition. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I will be glad to explain to you why we do what we do if you're interested. The ordinances, oaths and covenants we make are sacred and binding but not secret. God will not be mocked and a very sad and unhappy life awaits those ex-LDS deadbeats who break their oaths and covenants.

Being interested in other cultures and religions I'm very thankful to Mike Norton that he gives us an insight into the Mormon cult. Honestly speaking I find this to be very creepy. I don't want to offend you, I just describe how I feel watching this. Of course you are free to believe in everything you want to and you also can curse Mike Norton and other Ex-Mormons (I guess they don't care anyway), but I would like to remind you that what you guys are doing has nothing to do with Jesus and Christianity. Jesus preached in public and didn't do any secret rituals which have obviously a freemasonic background.

I am currently going through intense therapy two hours a week, coming to terms with SOME of the trauma of being raised in this cult, not to mention continually abandoned and neglected throughout my life by my parents who have consistently chosen to protect their church over their kids. I didn’t realize any of this was online, and I’m 46. It literally makes me feel sick to know that my mom and dad participate in this insanity every week.

When Lucifer appears in the Mormon temple ceremony he is wearing an apron. When Adam asks him about it Lucifer boldly replies: “It is an emblem of my power and Priesthoods”. So, there is no ambiguity here-the apron has nothing to do with God; it is an emblem of Satan’s power and priesthoods. A few minutes later, when they hear God coming, Lucifer tells Adam and Eve to make themselves aprons and hide. Adam replies, “Come, let us hide,” and at that point in the ceremony everyone is told to put on their aprons. And they do. So, for the rest of the ritual, on top of their temple undergarments with the masonic-type markings, and on top of their white temple clothes, temple patrons wear a dark green apron-in obedience to Lucifer and symbolizing his power and priesthoods. This stands in stark contrast to what happens in the Bible: God removes the fig-leaf coverings that Adam and Eve make and replaces them with animal skins He provides. This foreshadows and represents the covering for sins provided by Jesus when he was slain on the cross as the Lamb of God (see John 1:29; Hebrews 9:22). Lucifer says, “Make you aprons.” In effect, do some of it yourself-it’s the only way to preserve some semblance of pride, dignity, and self-respect, and to gain for yourself what you need. That is quite consistent with the instructions every Latter-day Saint is given before going through the temple endowment ceremony. Your Endowment is, to receive all those ordinances in the House of the Lord, which are necessary for you, to enable you to walk back to the presence of the Father, passing the angels who stand as sentinels, being enabled to give them the key words, the signs and the tokens, pertaining to the Holy Priesthood, and thus gain your eternal exaltation. Jesus said, “It is finished” (John 19:30). In effect, “I’ve done it for you, all of it. Now are you willing to humble yourself enough to simply take it?” As long as you are trying to contribute anything of your own to merit God’s provision of eternal life in His presence, you are rejecting the gift of Jesus Christ’s finished work on your behalf. Jesus said: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matt. 11:28). (Nowhere in the Scriptures does Jesus say anything about an apron…or grips…or signs and tokens.) You can trust Jesus.

This ritual kept secret from everyone is why so many kids my age in Utah leave the church. It makes them feel uncomfortable and judged and like they don’t know who to trust and that’s not the kind of relationship they want to have with god. I don’t think any religion should keep anything that seems remotely off from its own members. God would want to have an open loving relationship with his children. Not keeping parts of it secret or making members feel like they can’t trust him or the people around them. :(

It breaks my heart to see how they exchange the beauty and simplicity of prayer for rituals that are so complicated and abstruse :'( Heb 4:16: "Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." That's funny. It seems most Mormons stopped bragging about the amazing Power of Discernment™ that they thought they had right around the end of 2012. Coincidentally, I released my first hidden camera temple video in August of 2012. Needless to say, you don't hear a lot of talk amongst Mormons anymore about how The Spirit™ (aka The Still Small Voice™) whispered into the ear of a temple worker, warning them that a filthy, unworthy, non-member is in the temple. Maybe my presence in The International House of Handshakes™ gave The Spirit™ a heart attack and it's dead now. 😂 #MockingElohimSince2002

Mormons believe things very different from the Bible. They have another doctrine about God, Jesus, man, salvation, and the future. Thus, we need to listen to Paul's words in Galatians 1: 8,9: "But if anyone, either we, or the angel in heaven, commands you any good news different from the Good News we have passed on to you, that person deserves to be anathem, I have already said it, now it says it again: If anyone transmits to you any good news different from the Good News you have received, that person deserves to be anathem ! " Let us not forget that the MORMON sect is not just a denomination that has many different doctrines from the Bible, but the MORMON sect has also rejected the Bible as the Word of God, denying the noble position of God, and the Good News of Jesus Christ, replaced it with a "good news" that was not the Good News (Galatians 1: 7) and led the believer to eternal destruction. The MORMON sect is an evil cult.

It can't be understated how important NewNameNoah's work has been for perspective Mormons, active Mormons, and ex-Mormons. When I went through the LDS temple ceremony it was when I was a true-believing Mormon and when I was going on my mission. It was when it had the penalties and the severe mocking of the protestant preacher. It really jolted me, but I still went on my mission. It opened the door to understanding that Mormonism was a lie and I left my mission when I couldn't stomach knocking on doors because I stopped believing LDS teachings bit by bit. The audio recording back in the 1980's was also groundbreaking.

Moroni Baloney since you have been in the Mormon church for quite some time, I wanted to ask a question. Did you comprehend the belief in exaltation and equaity to God? Because Satan was cast out of heaven in the Bible for wanting to be God, and so my question is why would God tell us we could achieve that state if Satan was cast from his presence for doing so? what do you think a Mormon would say to that? I am a Christian, and I see a clear contradiction. we don't go to heaven to become equal to God.
@moronibaloney2063
@moronibaloney2063 7 жыл бұрын
The Mormons ignore scriptures that don't back up the singularity of God. Just one example: Isaiah 43:10-11" Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior." As a Mormon there was no focus on things like these scriptures. Mormons consider the Bible useful but corrupted. You'll never see a list of what they consider to be a translation, but Joseph Smith did his own "translation" (JST) of parts of the Bible using no source document or translation skills. My favorite is Genesis 50 where he actually added a prophecy about himself as if the verses were mistakenly dropped thousands of years ago and Joseph Smith Jr. found them. Mormons are taught that they don't need to interpret the Bible because the answers are known to Mormon prophets. It's funny to be a Mormon Youth and to be asked to read through the entire Book of Mormon, D&C, and the Bible and to not notice some of the contradictions to the doctrine. The whole concept of eternal progression isn't even in the Book of Mormon. Mormons don't necessarily notice that. If Jesus came to the New World to preach the Gospel, and if one of the most important parts of the Gospel for Mormons is the concept of different heavens and eternal progression, why didn't the Book of Mormon contain the concepts? Mormons rationalize that people weren't ready to receive the concepts. They are taught how to rationalize away problems in their history and their scriptures. Instead of seeing that Joseph Smith progressively changed the doctrines, they see it as a progressive restoration. As Christians, we know that these concepts were not part of Gospel as taught by Jesus and the Apostles. I could cover more ground, but to answer your question simply, Mormons don't assimilate the contradictions and draw conclusions. They put their efforts into keeping their beliefs and trying to make the things that don't fit somehow fit into the explanation or they reject the verses as a "bad translation".
@melissaoconnor6589
@melissaoconnor6589 7 жыл бұрын
Moroni Baloney thank you so much for your thoughts. I don't understand how someone can know the Bible and the Book of Mormon and not see the contradictions. I know that for Mormons there isn't much of an emphasis on seeking biblical answers for contradictions between the two, as you were telling me that they pretty much ignore the passages that show otherwise. There is more emphasis on modern prophecies that contradict the Bible than the Bible itself. Mormons are discouraged from questioning what they are taught and should receive it as truth. but I think God really wants us to question contradictions, because He wouldn't contradict himself. I have chatted with Mormons before and they are so kind. I don't like to argue with anyone, at the time I just wanted to present my questions regarding what they believe about heaven and exaltation. from my own studies I know their beliefs about heaven contradict the Bible because the Bible says Satan was cast from heaven for trying to be like God. if God cast Satan from heaven for that iniquity, why would he allow us to be equal to him? like you said, based on that verse there is a clear contradiction. if we could be equal to God there would not only be one God. My personal view is that I will never believe something that contradicts the Bible. I love Mormons, but I can't excuse the clear contradictions. I cannot believe something that is contrary to God's holy word. So did you grow up Mormon? I almost joined the Mormon church. I had this great experience with God and I believed He was leading me to the Mormon church. I didn't doubt that conviction in any way but at the time I didn't know all of the facts about Mormonism. I figured if the Holy Spirit was leading me he would reveal the things I needed to know along the way. But I later discovered drastic contradictions that I couldn't ignore. it upset me a lot, but I knew I need to be faithful to God and I couldn't believe in anything that contradicted His word. I have a lot of respect for Mormons, but I have to be faithful to what I know is true. at that time I saw Mormonism from the outside, but didn't know it looked very different from the inside. I'm really glad I did not get baptized into their church, I didn't make it that far because maybe God was stopping it for a reason. it's helpful to hear someone's opinion who was/is a part of their church because I know they know a lot more about it than I do. I appreciate the insight.

Mormons don't believe they'll be "equal" with God, because we're all in perpetual progression, and he's ahead of us. Actually, Mormons don't know what they believe. Push them to the edge of reason and they throw their hands up and say "we'll just have to wait until we're through the veil to know the answers." Not much different than the rest of Christianity.

Thanks SO much for all of these videos, Mike. I was lucky enough to be raised as atheist, but but ended up with a circle of friends that was mostly Mormon in high school. I learned a ton about their religion and am fascinated by all the different religions. But I had this unrelenting itch to know about all the temple ceremonies. I even daydreamed about how I could somehow get by security and get in there or if it would be worth it to pretend to join the church to see it and record it for others. You have scratched that itch. Love it. Sadly, most of those friends are still TBM and I have to try very hard not to roll my eyes when they talk about their church traditions and beliefs.

Holy crap! You're not alone. I was really obsessed with this stuff for a really long time. It all started when I read an ex-Mormon's review of Twilight (seriously) that totally made fun of really crazy Mormon shit in the series. I didn't believe a lot of her claims (garments, death oaths, etc) so I started researching and it was all true. I think the temple drew my curiosity so much because I wasn't allowed in because I wasn't "worthy" and because it pissed me off that they might one day use MY name in their shit temples. I was really excited when Noah's first video came out, because I too considered joining and faking it, and the videos quelled my curiosity enough that I didn't care near that much anymore. THEN, some ex-mo friends of mine hooked me up with a current but unbelieving member who lent me her recommend. I used someone else's LDS store log in to buy garments, another ex member sent me her old packet and all the fun clothes... And I did 3 endowment sessions and half a session of washing and anointings (it was too creepy, I couldn't finish all 5 names, I just told them I wasn't feeling well) over 2 separate visits. My new name was Abish the first time I went. I don't remember the second. I had to rent a basic white dress and slip b/c the woman who sent me her ceremonial clothes was way too tiny for me to fit. I have to confess- I may have brought the dress home with me. I figured they could just take it from the tithing all the exmos paid over the years... I also took my locker key and the cool little tag for your locker. It was weird. Boring, sort of, but not really because I wasn't supposed to be there and no one knew that and after like, 5 years I had finally gotten a recommend and I was ACTUALLY there. I did the prayer circle once. It was weird and my arm hurt because it's a lot longer than you think. In one session I set my empty envelope on the floor because I was trying to fix my apron or sash and one of the temple workers scolded me. All I could think was "Bitch, it's empty. It's just the stupid envelope!" But you would have thought I set the golden plates themselves on the floor. Which, come to think of it, God himself thought fit to bury the plates in the ground so why is this analogy getting away from me? Anyway, this comment is way too long. I just had to say, I get it! I was obsessed with it, too!

So get this, in the opening remarks of the video it goes like this " if any of you have unkind feelings toward any member of this circle, you are invited to withdraw" but here is where it gets good " so that the spirit of the Lord may be unrestrained " so there you have it. The God of Mormonism is a very weak God, because the God of the bible would not be restrained by a weak human.

Since you don't know the real Jesus or God you have no clue what they have said. Christ is the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ and gave us saints special powers and gifts in order that we will know His Father in the name of Him (Jesus Christ). As a Biblonian vagrant you simply pull things out of the Bible that you think supports your very weak position and belief system. The money is good for your leaders, isn't it? It's amazing how you geniuses are always the spokesmen for Jesus. Use the true order of prayer to find the real Jesus. Ask God, in the name of Jesus Christ for truth and if you are sincere He will witness through the Holy Ghost.

Gerald Henson yes the money is good for the mormon prophet. You can’t get to the highest kingdom or even in the temple unless you pay tithing. 10%. The higher up leaders to get paid a massive amount of money, millions. And get the second anointing. Wake up and look on the churches own website. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@@thehermi I'm glad they get paid. That way they can lead the church and concentrate 100% on the work. Are you jealous? In the fake "christian world" everybody gets paid. Your pastor, reverend, preacher, father and whatever all get paid. Our Bishop, doesn't get paid and usually puts in 30-40 hrs. a week as a volunteer. It is money that drives you "christians". It is the love of the Savior that drives us saints. If your paid professional clergy really love the Savior, quit being paid, go find an honest job to support themselves and be a volunteer. It's the sacrifice of time the helps generate the spirituality in people.
