It's really kind of you to release a BTS video like this. Really helps! Looking for the BTS to be released :D Question about the color calibration section you use to increase saturation: How about the other two colors, will you use them to increase saturation? Is that for portrait shoots, it's better to use blue primary?

Yeah I've found the blue primary slider to be the safest bet in terms of increasing colors. The other two sections tend to easily get odd colors in skin tones.

Thankyou so much for the video this is so helpful !! Only issue that I currently facing is my great but old generation laptop 😂 colour different in my laptop and my iPhone is so much distinguishable I have to colour correct again in iPhone for social media content !!

For night photoshoots I don't use either HSS or ND filters. My settings were 1/160th, ISO 640, f/1.4. Using my A7RIII and Sigma Art 105 1.4.

@FJH Photography I'm not sure whether I have to invest in ND filters or if I can just use HSS. I have heard that the photos turn out better with an ND filter. What do you use in daytime? Thank you!

Using HSS or a ND filter wouldn't improve the photo or anything. It's just another way to get a darker exposure. I have some videos explaining why I use ND filters during the day and the summary of those videos is basically that using ND filters avoids losing power in your strobe/flash. Using HSS causes a big drop in power so I avoid that using a ND.

I wish you would not type in the number value to the edit and use your slider, so we see the change instead of a quick bump not being able to see the transition of your edit.

The change is so subtle when using the slider unless I went to -100 then to 100 to see what that slider is doing.
