I saw a previous review by Jason Kennedy on this speaker for HiFi+. It's great to see this revision of the initial review, which almost made me think of Trigger in 'Only fools and Horses' was talking about his broom. Btw, I own PMC Twenty5/23 floorstanders and would like these but, they are a bit big for my room. BTW Jason, have you come to any conclusion about BI-Wiring or single wiring which gave you a bit of trouble in the initial review. You didn't mention it this time around. One of your past 'great presenters' Paul Messenger gave me a personal recommendation for PMC speakers, as I lived around the corner from him in Herner Bay. I send him my best regards as my purchase of my own PMC Twenty5/23 has brought me immense pleasure. Thanks for a great review, I hope the last one was deleted!

The first time listening to Brendel's philips recording of the last 3 Beethoven sonatas (op.109-111) and op.106 are stuck in my memory Now I want these speakers..lol

Currently a £3900 premium to move from a Twenty5 24i to a 26i. that's 65% more. Do you think it's worth the jump?

A product placement not a review, no mention of any downsides, comparisons and product benchmarking.

all UK reviewers should organise a tournament in medieval style with armour, arms etc. Or just argue over equipment

I preferred the PMC Twenty26 as the sweet spot for this line of speakers... until I replaced them with the MB2SE.

The twenty range weren’t as dynamic and a bit meh compared to 25/25i range. I don’t really think the i is necessarily an improvement over the 25 range - just different - but it’s still an extremely good speaker that deserves praise.

How do these compare to thee fact series

Compared directly with the Fact 8 (which retail a little higher) and found that the Fact 8 was more dynamic and lively (maybe a bit colder), but lacking in guts. If I'd have gone for the Fact, I'd have been looking for a sub to back them up.
