I hope the Lakers add Rondo to their coaching staff especially now that he has been studying back at Kentucky to improve on his coaching skills. It would have a great impact if they have someone who can be a mentor to their young players. Rondo was a great vet to young players everywhere he goes. It would also create an opportunity for him to be in the conversation if there are head coaching job available in the league.
