I think that foot reflexology can help with a lot of things, but we don't have specific research to know if that is true. Often with diabetes, there is neuropathy so to bring more awareness to sensations in the feet could really help alleviate symptoms.

It could be several things. Another thing could be your breath was affected--were you breathing smoothly throughout or holding your breath? ..............Sometimes mindful self massage helps me to listen to my body deeper and process emotions... so I start to notice my body physically releasing the tension.
