Self Massage for Neck and Shoulders
Learn how to give yourself a neck massage! Try this reflexology massage at home for an upper trap stretch, upper trapezius massage trigger points, and even some neck pain relief yoga.
Make sure you watch to the end to test the effectiveness of these self massage techniques and see the differences between before and after.
I incorporate yoga for neck and shoulders into this shoulder pain massage. Plus, the self massage for sleep incorporates reflexology for neck pain. I have studied massage therapy for years to learn how to do massage, but one of the most valuable things you can do is learn how to do self massage. Anytime you need a break from work at the computer, you can come back to this self massage for shoulders while sitting at your desk!

During the first test I couldn't see that much to either my right or left, but now I feel like I can easily see 360 degrees around me lol. This was my very first attempt at self massage and I'm blown away! So little effort, such profound and immediately noticeable effects. I'm now very motivated to learn more about my muscles and practice more. Thank you so much! 🙏

This self massage was mind-blowing. I was feeling physically sick before starting, and could barely move without great pain. Could i suggest not looking at a computer for 8 hour straight? that seems like the most unhealthy thing to do. Doing anything for 8 hours straight is going to be very unhealthy. You need to get up, move around, stretch, etc..

very well explained and done in a soothing tone. i have tried it twice now. feeling a lot better every time. the only thing is my shoulders feel so relaxed, i want to massage my back after this and massaging ur own back is so difficult

My brother has CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and has neck and shoulder pain because of this. He has never been one for self massages but said this really helped relieve his pain… thank you so much 😊 Could you make a video on massaging muscles affected by chronic fatigue as well can’t find a decent massage for this. Umm, idk what magic u did... But, let me just tell u how emotionally good that was. I have had shoulder tendonitis and fibromyalgia for years, been to multiple specialist doctors, neurologists, orthopaedics , psychologists, psychiatrists, all the works... I was in so much pain, the littlest of actions caused so much pain. I've had actual traction through equipment done to me, but idk what sorcery this was, I've even tried massage, ultrasound, TENS, n yet I've not been in as much instant relief as i am now. Thank you so much, this means a lot to me!
