I was thinking of getting a safe deposit box and read the agreement. The paper said that the bank is not responsible for what you put it the box. So where the heck is the "safety" in safe deposit box. What a scam.

I switched to medium a couple years back . I saw my ex wife the other day and she said I looked thin . So if you go smaller you may look thinner . Also I was wearing a black shirt . They say black makes you look thinner and supposedly hides body flaws . Maybe try a black medium . May get a second look from the love of your life or she may say you need to put on a few pounds 😅

I love Bounty select a size but I found Target brand select a size is just as good and cost less. Talking about washing paper towels, I found by accident Bounty will wash in the washing machine and come out of the dryer fully in tact!

The definition of "inflation" is and increase in the money supply and can ONLY be cause by government.- Milton Freidman- renown economist- explain on PBS and elsewhere 50.yeara plus ago. Our govt continues to create ( spend) more money than actually exists, therefore excessive inflation will continue.

You need to calculate your own personal inflation rate. Looking broadly is not very accurate. Plus, people seem to think that just because inflation drops, prices don’t go back to old prices, they just rise at a slower pace.

The correct term is "SAFE deposit box", not "safety deposit box". Originally, a safe deposit box was a deposit box IN A SAFE, and that is why it is called a SAFE deposit box.

Re auto insurance. My wife and I have 3 vehicles registered. She has not driven in about 5 years due to medical issues. I thought I could save money on my auto insurance by having her turn in her driver license and removing her from the policy as a driver. No way. If I did that our rates would increase. I checked with several other auto insurance companies, and got the same answer. PS: we are in Florida.

The shirt is definitely too big. It may be a carryover from a Frugal family and him wearing hand-me-downs. There is nothing wrong with wearing hand-me-downs. That is an excellent way for a family to save money. Clark, at this point, you can afford to buy the correct size. A smaller shirt will make you look more muscular.

I agree with the guy on inflation and saying everyone concentrates on "food and gasoline" just seems like a weird thing to say because it's what most of us normal 9-5 people have to deal with day to day. Everything is more expensive, I saw the other day a 12-pack of Coke is now $10 and the price of gas went up again. Everytime I go grocery shopping it seems I buy less and less because the same items are constantly going up 20-30 cents every few months. I've seen the canister of oatmeal I buy go from $1.50 to $4.50, Orange Juice from $1.50 to $3.50, meat and paper product prices are completely insane compared to how they were pre-2020, and even the store brands are starting to creep up toward the name brand price. Rents are still insanely high where I live and certainly aren't declining that much in high demand areas with jobs, the supposed "hit" the auto industry is taking still hasn't revealed itself in my area either as used cars with 100k+ miles are still going for 20k+, etc. So yeah, most of us folks aren't seeing inflation "going down" or away anytime soon.

re bank safe-deposit boxes (SBXs), I share Clark's concern, but the alternative he offers ("go get a super heavy safe and put it in your home is flawed.. Consider: a. 40% of US households rent. Placing a giant safe in an apartment unit is simply not going to happen. B. Clark says he had 3 brawly men deliver his super-heavy safe to his house. Well, that means there are 3 men who knows that Clark has need of a heavy safe. -- Might they decide to visit Clark's house a la a home-invasion, and demand Clark open the safe on pain of d3.ath? We really need a better solution. This has been a long time failure of the market to deliver a good solution.

Agree, it's not foolproof, but it's the best solution we have right now. You can always get a smaller safe, but it still needs to be heavy - the heavier, the better. Also, you can get friends & family to help bring it in, instead of hiring someone, for an added layer of security. These are solutions until the market delivers better. 💚

The housing prices will never lower if the developers only build mansion sized houses. I compare them to the auto manufacturers building expensive trucks and SUVs for high margins. Economy cars bring in minimal profits. Low income houses are not worth building for the builders.

OMGosh, I have always thought that Clark’s shirts were two times too big. He doesn’t wear them, they hang on him. This has been a huge distraction to me also. So glad to see I was not the only one distracted by this. But I always just assumed this is the way he likes his shirts and is more comfortable like this. I myself like loose fitting cloths for comfort.
