Titanium exhausts look fantastic, Grace. A heat shield (or two) ist definitely needed. I have added two (!) behind each other on my similar sized Beta Alp 200 (Suzuki DR 200 engine) and a friend still burnt his pants when falling over. Do you prefer the KLX over the Honda 250 ??

I prefer the KLX230 off road over the CRF300L off road, any day! Lighter, better clearance, no radiator to damage, and I like my modded suspension a lot. I don't need a huge amount of power. But on road or for long distance travel you'd probably take the CRF300L. CRF250L is heavier and less powerful than the 300, so definitely not prefering that one.

I’m thinking about getting the plastic 15L fuel tank upgrade for my 2023 klx 230s w/ABS. Will it fit my bike? And if it doesn’t what is the return policy with HiVolt Spares?

The 15L plastic fuel tank will fit the 2023 KLX230S ABS. As for the returns policy - we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. But if we messed up, we always fix it.
