I'm usually really bored by KZbinrs and Podcasters permanently interviewing the same people, often each other, but I've got to admit yours are refreshingly better and interesting. Thanks

I saw Steph first in the JPMCC in about 2016/17 where she whizzed past me ... and continued to overtake me during RunThrough runs and her training in Battersea Park .... top athlete! Good to finally hear her story. Good luck for the future Steph!

Really interesting chat again, glad RED-S is being talked about so much more these days, a topic that comes up in climbing as well

Here's an interview suggestion for you Flora, Jasmin Paris. What a woman, what an athlete. She's pretty busy right now, rightly so, and you probably got to join a long queue to interview her but it's one i'd love you to make happen 🤞

Haha she's been on the list since before Barkley! But I'll wait to allow her to recover a bit before coming on, if she's keen 🤗

Here's hoping you can pull that together Flora. Ask her about the cruciate ligament in her left knee I think it is. There's a question suggestion for you. You'll be shocked at her reply I know I was.

That was amazing, especially the nutrition and injury aspects. It's great to hear someone telling us to improve by scaling back a bit.

Very good that you also raised the issue of REDS. I had never heard of the term before, but basically my nutritionist told be about this years ago and that I needed to maintain my weight above a certain limit because I started to have so many niggles trying to maintain too low of a weight whilst doing tough sports.

Very interesting. I don't have a uterus, but I am pleased the difficulties some people with uteruses have are being spoken about more openly. Glad that taboo is slowly breaking and people can learn. Keep up the great content Flora.
