This is why I love you. The realness and relatability. You don’t fake like you’re super disciplined. You show how sometimes life happens and you might not make it to the gym. But you manage to make up for it.

Never boring I just got me a walking pad similar to the one have. Don't have the time to go to the gym like I used to. But I do have enough equipment now to get back at it again. Love your videos they are helpful

This wasn’t boring at all! This video literally helped me get through 30 mins on a treadmill because it was fun to watch. I was actually looking forward to you posting this since you said you worked on your weight loss update video. These workouts will be helpful for those days in between when I don’t have the energy to lift heavy.

I appreciate you so much for this video! I have anticipated it since you mentioned it in your previous video because I really wanted some full body workouts I could do instead of a split. At 43, I am also tired of spending 2 hours in the gym lifting and need to incorporate more cardio to help achieve some weight goals. All that said, thanks! I’m starting these circuits today!! 😊

The moment my heart rate comes down I’m right back into it. So I would say when I’m lifting weights I probably wait about 3 minutes between sets. But with the circuit it’s probably about 1 minute on average.

Hi I am 5’6. And in the video I was using 10lb, 15lb, and 30lb dumbbells. And I was using a 35lb and 40lb kettlebell.

Is she doing one set of each exercise and then starting over until she completes all sets for each exercise or is she doing 3 sets of lower exercise then 3 sets of upper and lastly 3 sets of abs? I hope im making sense. If anyone knows plz let me know. I want to do this right! Lol

While watching I saw her do one set of each 3x and then she goes on to the next circuit and repeat 3x. Hope this helps!
