Never boring I just got me a walking pad similar to the one have. Don't have the time to go to the gym like I used to. But I do have enough equipment now to get back at it again. Love your videos they are helpful

I appreciate you so much for this video! I have anticipated it since you mentioned it in your previous video because I really wanted some full body workouts I could do instead of a split. At 43, I am also tired of spending 2 hours in the gym lifting and need to incorporate more cardio to help achieve some weight goals. All that said, thanks! I’m starting these circuits today!! 😊

The moment my heart rate comes down I’m right back into it. So I would say when I’m lifting weights I probably wait about 3 minutes between sets. But with the circuit it’s probably about 1 minute on average.
