lovely thanks...i love lava bread...its gone expensive tho.. My cousin was making his own...Me and my husband bought a burger van a few days ago...but i want to do something different to burgers,,,we'll have them too, make our own. A Welsh breakfast i think might be a winner, we're in Swansea, plenty of Welsh here lol. Get my cousin knocking out that lava bread...

I could eat it now to celebrate Our guys wining the Rugby Gland Slam and Championship. Great take on a Welsh breakfast, I will definitely be making it when I get together with my family for a weekend break. Thanks very much! Perhaps I’ll have to call it the Grand Slam breakfast 😆 You could just cook all three together and serve on top of crispy bread bruschetta style, or in a white wine sauce, but I also have a recipe on my website for frockles, which are deep fried cockles in a light crispy batter... they would make a lovely starter like an alternative to calamarI? 😊
