Namaste Yogis!
Welcome to your full yoga practise! This class will start slow and gentle, eventually moving away from the mat to stretch into the shoulders and torso. Controlled movements to build strength, twists to find mobility in the spine, and a focus on stretching the side bodies.
🧘‍♀️ Practice Details:
Duration: 46 minute including savasana
Intensity: Beginner to moderate and options for advanced
Focus: Twisting and lengthening the spine, opening the chest and back body.
Equipment: Yoga mat

Warm Up
- supine twists
- hip circles
- child’s pose
- plank
- toe stretch
- table top focus on the core with chaturanga variations & crunches
- gate variations
- 3 legged dog
- low lunge with prayer twist and reverse lunge
Main Flow
- sun salutation
- high lunge prayer twist and reverse
- balanced toppling tree
- standing splits
- kundalini’s descent
- side bends
Cool Down
- pigeon with variations
- seated twist
- grounded

This practice was amazing 😍 I usually struggle with longer classes because I can't keep up, but this one felt perfect. Thank you so much. I'm enjoying the 21 day summer challenge (taking my own time😅😂🫶) l really love it. 💖
