Namaste Yogis!
Welcome to your full yoga practise! This class will start slow and gentle, eventually moving away from the mat to stretch into the shoulders and torso. Controlled movements to build strength, twists to find mobility in the spine, and a focus on stretching the side bodies.
🧘♀️ Practice Details:
Duration: 46 minute including savasana
Intensity: Beginner to moderate and options for advanced
Focus: Twisting and lengthening the spine, opening the chest and back body.
Equipment: Yoga mat
