Yes, I begin teaching Chair Aerobics in 2007 and have never stopped providing fitness for people with limited mobility.

Congrats on 17 years Paul Eugene. Thank you for providing these for those of us with limited mobility and still get an awesome workout. You and my therapist must be on the same wavelengths she wants me to hug myself and say "I love myself " I would love to see the clip of when you first began teaching chair aerobics in 2007.
