These connected standing poses are so challenging for mind and body. Both my legs and my mind are so weak recently. After practicing with you tonight I remember the path I want to be on again. Namaste to everyone doing this practice, have a great week ahead

I second this.. unfortunately I found myself becoming very frustrated a couple of times with my performance in this practice. I’ve been going through a lot of things in my personal life and this is a good reminder of how I need to just breath and strengthen my mind and body more. Thank you Flow for your guidance and helping me through these tough times

This channel is my go-to for yoga practice. This was such a great practice, and I would absolutely love to see more longer videos that have a big emphasis on lower body strength

Breathwork was incredible. After opening my eyes from the 8 second holds, I felt like my mind had been meditating for 30-45 minutes. Thank you.

Love the meditation to end this: we are all born with peace, love, and harmony inside us. We know these qualities and have these qualities,but are lost as we go through life and build defense mechanisms. Thanks for helping reconnect us to these.

LOVE this amazing swift practice. The spinal twists were liberating!! And the pranayama in the end was an icing on the cake! Thank you guys for such a great flow!

I like your new place. The breathwork is continually healing me from the effects on my lungs from a covid infection. After eight months I'm almost at 100% and no more cough. TY for the practice.

This class was a leg cooker. It required lots of concentration and slow breathing. I will do it all week this week in order to master it and gain strength. I started repeating classes a few days in a row and it enriches as well deepen my practice. Thank you 🙏🏼 for this excellent class.

I found this class very challenging, even discouraging at times as it went beyond my limits. Those leg sequences! The breathwork was a great addition and made up for the suffering. I’ll come back and try it again in a while to see if my skills improved. Thank you Flo for providing another great class!

What a challenging but enjoyable practice! I wish you would give more instructions about which muscles need to be tensed in positions to keep stability. Sometimes I realise I'm not flexing a muscle and suddenly I have more stability. Wondrerful class! Namaste.

Haven't done yoga for many months (have been doing Pilates and strength training), and I see I definitely need to go back to Beginner level, but this was still an excellent practice. The instructions are so clear! Thank you!!

Ich kann mir schon bald garnicht mehr vorstellen morgens ohne deine Stimme in den Tag zu starten 😅. Du sendest auf deiner Seite des Bildschirms, ich empfange großartiges, was mich immer weiter zu der besten Version meines Selbst führt. Dein Effekt ist groß auf mich und ich trag es weiter. Somit ist es bedeutsam. Danke für die Reise!

i love your videos so much! I love that you incorporate the pranayama and meditation at the end. And calling the soul the passenger, I've never heard that before but I liked that analogy.

I started my morning with this practice - it definitely woke me up! So humbling and grounding. I will definitely come back to this. Thank you so much Flo for your clear instructions and reminders. The breath work was invigorating which helped clear the mind faster and the body calmer. Amazing practice 👍🙏

I ran a couple miles earlier today so this was pretty intense on the legs, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, this breathwork was fantastic. It seemed to be basically a combination of alternating nostrils and box breathing, highly meditative. Thank you!

This was challenging for me. I'm going to keep doing it though, because I feel so good. I'll flow with you again in a day or so and see how much deeper I can send my stretches and how much longer I can hold them next time. Progress is the point, that's why it is called a practice. ✌️ Thank you for this video.

I love this practice. It was very challenging for me to exhale for that long because my breath was yearning for oxygen so I couldn’t exhale that long until I was back to inhaling if that makes sense I don’t know. It was repeatedly exhaling and inhaling:(
