Kudos to Escape Fitness for doing this in front of a camera. A demanding situation. The best possible instruction. Two on one coaching from David Weck and Chris Chamberlain is a dream come true.

I get what these shakers are for now. They are the audible cue to time the pulse to take advantage of the potential energy created in the connective tissue and create an elastic effect making movement much more energy efficient

Again and again coming back to this vid. Golden knowledge 💪 I even made DIY propulsers and it works. Maybe not that cozy and effective but I got that feeling of rhythm and connective tissue

Using the elasticity of the connective tissue is what they are trying to say 😊.

How did I end up watching an old guy with maracas pretend he is training people to bounce like a crazy skinny hermit guru? Ngl I am willing to try it but it's a lot to digest. Somehow also this guy is acting like making a fist in a funny way is a key to something? Like for 2,000 years we've been doing it wrong? Just so friggin weird bro.
