This talk was so inspiring. I've been doing workouts from Adriell with great success, but today I took some notes from this episode and tried more lateral\wider range of movements with every exercise. For the first time in a very long time, my back felt amazing! I didn't have to 'think' about how to do something and how I would have to position my back. Thanks for the great guests as always ❤️

I combined Adriell’s beginner program with David Wreck’s wedges and the weck deck! I FEEL AMAZING A STRONGER. Also, I am slowly but surely switching my running form.

Interesting to hear them talk about “the spiral” and it makes me think of the GOATA guys. While I don’t love some of what the GOATA guys say, I do think they have found something that others are agreeing with

Weck is super annoying. Interrupts everybody and goes on off random 5-10 tangents and takes over conversations. You could tell Chris K was getting annoyed with getting cut off.
