Was looking for an alternative for the gym and found this to be relaxing and effective. After walking and getting my practice sessions in with a rope for the last two months I feel absolutely amazing! 💪 When I joined my girls for a night out I didn’t feel sore in the least from dancing three straight hours.Believe me when I say my arms were up the whole time. Thank you for helping me feel more empowered and inspired! -A Fan For Life

I’ve always found that learning something on my non-dominant side, while taking longer initially, is actually faster because the skills translate almost immediately to my dominant side. If I learn on my dominant side, I still struggle to learn just as much on my non-dominant side, making the entire process take longer. Plus it’s frustrating because I know I can do it on my dom side and just want non-dom to hurry up and learn it. Bad headspace.

What is the good weight to start ? I was thinking about the 630g, but maybe it is too heavy..
@IanMarkow3 жыл бұрын
I would buy both. Pay for shipping once and commit to working towards the heavier one when you are ready.

Can you use any rope to start?
@geof9004 жыл бұрын
I’m enjoying the method but after 20 minutes the rope is already showing white coming through the braiding. Doesn’t seem like that should be happening. Is this just a black tape fix?

Geoffrey Cushing-Murray hey I’m sorry to here that. We do not manufacture them. I would reach out to weckmethod directly

How do you adjust it to the right length that is right for you?
@awakenthedrummer64524 жыл бұрын
I've heard a good length is to stand on it and it comes up to your belly button. But make it longer, then put knots in to shorten it.
