Hi there … great workout but would love it if you could cue before/between moves and not during the first rep or two. Found myself having to pause constantly to get all the details of the moves and try to get the reps in.

Saying thank you doesn’t seem to convey my sincere gratitude sufficiently! You have no idea how much you help me with my return to living my best life. Being a woman of “a certain age” no longer seems as daunting, due to health issues, as it was before I started working out with my reformer...and finding you. This was a great video. I stayed a a hotel today and the fitness room has a reformer. I loved this. This was my first ever time and you bring an awareness that is palpable 🙏🏽🙏🏽

My goal for this workout was to flow a little quicker from each exercise to create stamina. I tend to get carried away, and will keep that in mind for future workouts.
