Wow Angie - they came out beautifully! Blues and greens are my default favorites so it was automatically a home run for me - - I love the twisting of the shirts giving more movement - and giving more of a water vibe. They're awesome!!

I haven't tried this particular "gravity" technique yet. Thanks for the tutorial on the 2 shirts. I think your grey has a lot of blue that split and that's why you got what you got.

You have to mix the dyes for a watercolor look, smaller sprinkle more random.

Angie...there should be a love button on here❣️I personally love shirt #2 It reminds me of my koi pond and garden! As soon as I saw it I said Beach..But then in the left corner I see a garden 😍 Well Im going to try and make one. Btw The twists in the shirt fit perfectly as they remind me of movement in the pond as the koi swim by. I live in Ontario Canada It has been very cold the last few days 🥶⛄Bring on the Spring ! I love gravity dyes. Did you ever try a barrier around the baskets to block the wind?

Me too! No, I haven't ever tried that.

You have to sprinkle dye randomly to keep from having one color all in one place. Leaving some white also makes the colors pop. Creates a more watercolor look, if that’s what you’re going for.
