I see it. It's an experimental cuisine, and there hasn't been time to master it like traditional Chinese food has had. Still, props to the guy for taking a chance and trying out something new. And props to the Fung Bros for keeping their composure. I see potential in this kind of food, and I like that it's being explored, just takes time to come up with the refinement needed for good commercial restaurant taste.

Fung Tu was in a documentary i watched about Asian food, it looked pretty damn good and very thoughtful of the head chef. Wilson and the head chef are extremely good friends and they actually hand buy their ingredients!!

I come from Xi'an. Yang Rou Pao Mo is chopped buns mixed with lamb stew . What you guys were trying to say is Rou Jia mo, the pork burger or pork bun. Nice video! Really want to try this restaurant!!! You guys should come to mainland China one day, especially Xi'an!

A tofu and egg sandwich. Break a egg into a bowl, add some salt, stir it up, pour some egg into the pan, add a slice of raw tofu before the top side of the egg freezes so that the egg is then stick to the tofu, and cover the other side of the tofu using the same method. You can just put it between slices of bread or you can also add ketchup. It's great!

I like the idea, and would love to try them. but the Xi'an dish you are referring to should be Rou Jia Mo, 肉夹馍，not Yang Rou Pao Mo, 羊肉泡馍 is the dish where they cook the small pieces of bread in the lamb soup.
