I think this exercise should be done in 9th month of pregnancy to avoid miscarriage because these all steps are preparing her body for delivery.

Hi , my question is , when these exercises should be started , before convincing, or after , or any particular month of pregnancy to start with to make sure that one have normal delivery. Please do reply. Thanks in advance

After 6 months u can but consult ur doctor. Your body should be used to exercise before u start planning, but if u r tryingg, i would say avoid, take it slow , as ur body allows , dnt be breathless , n learn right technique, on youtube, also its a minds game, dnt allow ur mind to feel less strong to hv normal delivery

As long as it doesnt tire u.. or make u breathless. So supposedly u hvnt done squats ever.. start by 5 times.. once u get used to it.. increase by 10-15 max. Sets of 3 .. but take it slow and do take support of ur partner of something. Sturdy.. if you do duck walks.. do 10-20 .. consistency is important.. rather than straining urself one day..

no please dnt do that, in 1st trimester, and even in the third consult your doctor according to ur situation, its a pelvic opening exercise useful for delivery, for starting dnt do anything except walk

Sorry to say Di Ghar ke kaam karne se hi Body active rehti hai.bahot sare celebrity hai jo ye sab karte hai but unka bhi kabhi kabhi scissor ho jata hai.jaise Deepika kakkar unke vlogs me unhone har exercise diet sab Kiya per hota wahi hai jo hona hai

Second trimister u can start a bit.. ask ur doc what all u r allowed . Only squatting and duck walks are only allowed in 33 weeks around

Pain to hogi. U can only manage it.. with breathing exercises. Pranayam.. helps a lot with practice.

Kaafi mushkil hai.. but meri mom jaise unhone c sec kia mere bade bhai ko but main choti hun mujhe normal del se kiya.. to agar aap doc se discuss karo to shayd ho sake..

I think its best to avoid. Only pranayam u can do.. and walk.. first is very crucial .. so to be on a safer side.. activity is good but no strenuous exercises.. so if u feel active do things that make u happy but doesn’t put pressure on u , ur pelvic area or fatigue u in any way.. people do keep exercising throughout their pregnancy.. like foreigners and some fitness coaches but they are well aware of how to do it.. its nt worth the risk. Once u enter 2nd u can ask ur doc what all u can do .. by 30-32 weeks u can do all this slowly get it in ur routine

Thyroid borderline mujhe bhi tha dawai dete hai.. kuch yoga ki breathing exercises ya aata hai kuch.. jisse aap roz karo.. to better hoga.. please safety check karke karna wo awaz karte hai yoga mein saas ander leke.. gale se.. youtube pe milega

2nd trimester mein kuch stretches yoga ke kar sakte ho.. but doctor se consult karke . Walk bhi bahut help karti hai.. walk karoge 15-30 mins that will also work.. duck walks end mein karte hai 35 weeks . Waisee apni body ka pata ho to apni instinct chalani chaiye
