Hey William nor worries. You can hit this anytime of the day. Not sure what roadwork you may do - Interval Sprints..cardio sprints? Because this is strength and conditioning circuit I would do this then follow up with a Abs/core or heavy bag circuit finisher. After your skill or combat training class. how much weight is ideal? Should I lift the maximum weight I can safely lift with good form for the exercises or should I go lighter? Btw, I only have four adjustable dumbbells(the collar kind) and 2 10 lb dumbbells to use for this so I can't do a ton of quick weight changes.

cómo podría planificar mi entrenamiento para entrenar así?es que si un día hago eso que trabaja todos los grupos musculares y al día siguiente entrenas piernas por poner un ejemplo y en esa rutina trabajas la pierna(entre otras muchas cosas )no te recuperarías porque las piernas se recuperan cada 5 días y te conduciría al sobreentrenamiento.Tal vez con un día de entrenamiento a la semana de este tipo en el que involucra todos los grupos musculares y hacer cardio el resto de los días de la semana estarías listo

Terail LeSane if you haven't found balance yet then that is what your workout should be. Try working towards these exercises, use as much assistance from chairs or whatever as you need, don't do too many reps, just the ones you can perform correctly, don't focus on endurance or explosiveness yet. Just technique
