Great workout that builds muscle strength, endurance, and balance! I would just add that for the SB hamstring curls to keep your hips as high as possible throughout the movement and go SLOW, as this will help target the entire hamstring muscle.

Powerful content man my best strength conditoning is an exercise that requires a partner throwing punches in the abodminal section while holding onto pullup bar

Hey sir, really love your videos and appreciate your work. I have a question about the rest time between supersets: do I have to do the whole superset #1 without stopping then have a rest for 90 seconds and move to superset #2 or is the 90 seconds rest supposed to be after each set within superset? For example, I do 6 deadlifts and 8 kb swings, rest 90 secs and then repeat circuit until I complete 4 sets?

This is the 4th of your video workouts good enough to save in a google keep file. During workouts I read off the steps on my android watch. My only goal is to man-handle the grim reaper, not other fighters! Thanks for your help, Funk, though I will have to substitute KTB for BB due to space limitations in my basement. :-)

So you like it ehausting try this: Grab a KB and 2 Sings, 2 Snatch, 2 Press, 2 Windmill then alternating fom right to left. With each round you increase reps by 2. How far you come in 10 minutes?

If I dont have a kettlebell that weights 40kg, can I use 2 kettlebells with each 20kg? Will that have the same effect?

Don’t forget to lock your glutes at the top. Having strong glutes helps with sprawling a lot.
