I like this guy, he gets to the point fast and he does not appear to gloat about himself but wants to help the average guy. I will follow this guy and take his workout scheme serious and advice others to also. Mark

Hi, Hulalu. Replace Front Lunges with Reverse Lunges. They're better on your knees and also good for your lower back.

Im enjoying your workouts. Think the kettlebell option is really working for me after years of progressive overload work. I also appreciate the videos which are to the point and more about presenting pointers and less about presenting ego (which other fitness You Tubers are all about)

How many sets and reps of each?
@StevieBuckleyPT5 жыл бұрын
You mention that your workouts should only be 35 minutes long or cortisol becomes too high. That’s pretty much impossible if you’re doing any kind of push, pull, upper or lower body day. 35 minutes is fine for a HIIT workout but not weight training. Interested in your thoughts and time you would spend whilst weight training?

Mr funk thats a real issue!!! I am 16 and my weight is 75kg but no belly fat!! The real problem is how can I build muscle in 2 months .I can do maximum 15 push ups if go above straight on the ground HELP ME PLSSSSS?????
@oldnatty616 жыл бұрын
It doesn't take 8 it just takers 3. Best muscle builder (and fat burner) for 40...50...60...30...20...men...women? Compound movements. Stay away from lunges. Too risky for benefit. Don't waste time on the single joint movements like curls or tri pushdowns except for the version where you basically turned it into a close grip bench. So what's the answer? Squat variations, Dead lift variations, a compound pull, and a compound push. wwoldnatty.com

I got one of your products that was suppose to be 10$ now I'm on some stupid reoccurring 47$ a month charge. and I am having such a hassle finding a good point of contact to discuss this. all I wanted to do was try the product and build a line of trust between us, I have been using the internet videos for years I figure I could trust this brand and now here I am feeling stupid and deceived. and I really need some one from your brad to contact me to resolve the issue.
