My favorite channel on KZbin. I'm from Queen, NY. Grew up hard in Jamaica Queens with a crazy mother lol just like Ben. Worked very hard and find myself at the top of the food chain in the mortgage industry. Own 3 rental properties and launching a business as well. Ben has a lot to do with where I see myself in the next 10 to 20 years. Please take care of this man.

You don't though. All you have to do is find and learn things by doing the work. I had a mentor and now I realized he was faking it. He worked hard for his stuff, but that's all he is is just a slumlord with a few properties who looks good in the hood. If you make 120000 in a poor neighborhood. You'll appear to be rich to people.
