I was going to youtube to learn how to do Realestate math so I can also get my brokers license and ended up here. Thank God! Very motivational interview. I think the fact that you have to surround yourself with people who dream big and have the same motivation for success as you is the key. I am just like him, always looking for the next opportunity but I am missing the inspiring people around me. It's an important part in moving forward, is people showing you the ropes and being a guiding light, at least to me it is. Also the part about the noise around you. Its terrible and I hear it all the time when I come up with a new idea. "It''s been done before" is the biggest excuse is whey people think it will not succeed. Very frustrating in deed and I let it keep me down because, again, am missing that one person that believes in my idea and gives me a kick so I am not scared. Funniest part about this video was his first million and how he kept checking the atm to make sure it was real lol. So proud of Manny!

Manny is such an inspiration and the definition of the American Dream. He still acts like a regular guy and is relatable to us who are still makimg our way. Man, he even met his wife by sending her a message in Facebook.

@thepassionatefew5 жыл бұрын
If college doesn’t interrupt your goals, then go! Don’t not go simply because you don’t like it. That’s just lazy. But if you have a clear path & goal your committed to work on no matter the obstacles you may face, then go for it! To be honest, I went to college & I hated everyday of it but I graduated.

I admire Persian people, they are smart and courageous, my previous landlord as well arrived in London penniless, trough sacrifices, a finance degree and he eventually set up is own business and become successful creating a property portfolio. He told me is all about “focus” never forget this single word.

I appreciate these interviews you do they are very informative, big fan but sometimes when you interview these people you tend to interrupt them a lot especially when they are about to say some good info. I don’t think it’s on purpose am just bringing that into view. Maybe kinda wait for them to finish talking b4 asking your question. Just talking from a viewers stand point

You need to get that initial capital first, then learn the game.

How, is the question? That initial capital when you have basically nothing, is when one runs into the problemo! Trying to decipher the "Bringing value to the Marketplace, is what & where my mindset is at!
@creaky24365 жыл бұрын
@@aphysique You get initial capital by starting a business. In many cases, you can start a business with literally $1,000 or less and go from there. You get to a point where you're making hundreds of thousands of dollars, or millions, then you exit and pour that capital into a real estate deal. It sounds simple, but it's tough work. Those who stick with it, work hard, keep learning and never give up have the best chances of making it big. I'm a vape exec at the hundreds of thousands phase. I will be pouring my money into real estate after. Good luck out there!

Very sad too that the word "Iranian" has such negative images/connotations which is why many use the word "Persian"...
@benz500r5 жыл бұрын
@@ojosazules8828 True, but the proper use of the term "Persians" means more than just Iranians. Turks and several other nationals can also claim that they are Persians. The main thing is not to be bothered by name calling.

@@benz500r yes persian used to denote a particular ethnic group but iranians use it to mean anyone from iran. now people who are ethnic persians from outside iran do not go by the term persian as it no longer means what it once did.
