When I used to stay at Hilton hotel quite often I was a single parent with a young son. As soon as he turned 8 he was not allowed into female changing room but now grown men can do it 🤯 I couldn't let my young son to go into the men's changing rooms alone with grown men . I care for my 99 year old mum who is bedbound. We have carers who come 3 times a week to help with her care. She’s completely dependent on others for her most intimate needs. Years ago I spent 10 weeks flat on my back after a car accident so I understand what it’s like. I dread the day when someone arrives to assist & it’s obviously not a female. The company we deal with has been excellent & I’m fairly confident this wouldn’t occur, but there are no guarantees in life! At least I’m always here cos, like your gran, Mum wouldn’t be able to say “No thank you, I’d like you to leave”. The activists insist we have nothing to worry about - “It never happens.” It seems impossible for them to accept the FACTS, that some predatory men will misuse any loophole available to satisfy their behaviour. We are not saying that all trans people are predators, it’s that some predators hide behind the label. Perhaps some monitoring is needed by the trans lobby but they won’t do it. They call it gatekeeping.
