Oxford student activists have called for feminist academic Kathleen Stock to be ‘no-platformed’ at the union after she was accused of transphobia.
The former philosophy lecturer was hounded out of the University of Sussex in October 2021 after being targeted by activists who disagreed with her views on gender identity.
Oxford LGBTQ+ society made the demand after Dr Stock was invited to speak at their union next month. She hit back at the society calling their statement “utterly ridiculous” and “probably defamatory”.

It is not infallible by any means but Wikipedia certainly details that Kathleen was hounded out! Firstly by students and then by some colleagues which resulted in her resignation. It sounds like a forced resignation in a number of ways and certainly including fear for her own safety from the mob. You're one hundred percent correct. Dressed in a woman costume, gives them access to the most vulnerable in our society, Women, and Children, also the Elderly. Being dressed up like this would lower peoples wariness when dealing with the Trans gender woman, lowering their guard while being in a vulnerable position, while using the toilet. There's usually children with their Mother in this space as well.
